I purchased a house from re/max Peoria in 2023. When the house was inspected it was determined the appliance was not working. The sellers realtor was suppose to repair before closing. On my closing I advised my realtor I needed a resolve before closing. The sellers agent emailed me confirmation he would repair or replace. I have all documented emails. **** recommended a repair shop. They came out and stated not repairable and charged me $95 for the visit. I've been attempting to reach out to Re/MAX for appliance replacement and visit cost. This still has not been resolved. It has been about 9 months.Business response

I have contacted the complaining party and told her there would be a resolution by the end of this week. I am in the process of gathering all of the facts at this time. The agent she worked with is no longer with our company.Customer response

I've received several emails from original rep from re/max to resolve. Per customer, rep is no longer employed at Re/max. I want to make sure I'm communicating with correct parties.
I do not want to clear complaint until all commitments are met.

How can this case be closed ? Re/Max sent a made a written commitment. As of today, has not been filled. I want this case reopened. Please follow-up. I ve submitted a document showing no active resolution.Business response

A brand new dishwasher has been purchased and installed at no cost to the buyer. I think that the issue has been resolved.
