Refund and Exchange Policy

They aim to provide high quality services and products to meet your needs. To ensure clarity, their refund and exchange policy is outlined below:

Services:

1. Dissatisfaction with Services: if you are not satisfied with your service, please notify them within 24hours of your appointment. They will offer a complimentary adjustment or correction to address the concerns. Refunds for services are not provided, as time and expertise have already been invested.

Products:

Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase with proof of e-receipt, open or used products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Hair Extensions:

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final once purchased. Upon our discretion all defective products (e.g., manufacturing issues) may be exchanges within 5 days of purchase provided they have not been used or altered.

Gift Cards:

All gift cards, e-gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General Conditions:

Proof of purchase (receipt or digital confirmation) is requires for all refunds and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the return.
