I bought a washer from them and it doesn’t work and I’ve had it a month. I have to wash my laundry at the laundromat and they want me to make my payment on it of course and don’t even offer money off for the inconvenience. They have had several people out to work on it and only one seemed like he was trying to fix it!! I feel since they have done me so wrong I won’t trust buying anything else from them ever again! It’s a shame they don’t care about there customers just the money!Review from NORMAN H

Drove all the way over to ****** ******* from *********** just to be told the table we wanted to see is on the otherside of the building in the warehouse. If we come back tomorrow, they might have it out then. Refused twice by sales person and even the manager said it was too much to ask. Sorry! Come back at another time. It's 4pm. Still 2 hours from posted closing time.Review from L A J

I have purchased items from Sherman's on more than one occasion the most recent being a new dryer from the Clearance center. The person that helped me today was Will, he showed me many options without overwhelming me and he took his time to help me understand all the answers to all my questions. It was a great experience and kept the sale local...... Thank you Will and Sherman's!!!!! Also I would highly recommend the delivery, install and removal.... Has been a wonderful experience every time.Review from Martin H

I purchased a 28 inch GE refrigerator freezer. Sherman charges $99 to have their people "deliver, install, and haul away of the old appliance." The delivery people tore the railing loose from the concrete stairs at the side entrance of my house while getting the refrigerator into the house. They also left dirty hand prints on the walls and on the refrigerator itself. Setup involves plugging the refrigerator in and attaching the door handle.
