**** and ******************* owners of White Eagle Remodeling are not performing warranty work in timely manner, it takes Ewa 2 weeks to respond to my email. I have requested expected completion dates on the repairs and am not getting any answers. When and how the issues will be repaired and completed. How are you able to complete any projects without providing completetion dates to your customers? LIST HAS BEEN EMAILED TO YOU TODAY AGAIN.Business response

First of all the buyer does not have a contract with White Eagle Remodeling! In regards to his ongoing requests to repair items that are not covered by our warranty, I have explained several times that I will not be performing any repairs. I am in full control of the items that need to be repaired that are covered by our warranty! They will be fixed before our warranty expires, except those that are delayed from manufacturer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:White Eagle is the one that has build the house. There is a lawsuit in progress due to my daughters injury because of White Eagle Remodeling. ***************** and *** are on a hideout now and stopped answering phones from lawyer. This just shows who these people are.

****************** Rog has filed multiple complaints against White Eagle Remodeling, Inc. (WhiteEagle) and has posted several false reviews online about White Eagle. As we have explained to********** before, White Eagle did not sell ********** his home and White Eagle did not provide Mr.Rog with any warranty for his home. Due to these issues, White Eagle has been forced to retaincounsel to intervene in these matters. As Mr. **** most recent complaint demonstrates, he hashis own attorney as well. On the advice of White Eagles counsel, White Eagle cannot provideany further response to this complaint other than stating that the issues ********** is complainingabout pertain to another entity, not White Eagle.
