Working with Liz was by far the best decision we could have made. It is my firm belief that she is the reason that we were selected by the seller. Six months ago in spring and summer 2023, the market was crazy. We made several offers and were rejected. However, finally, we found our house. We mentioned this to Liz and she contacted the seller agent to make sure they knew that we were ready and they would be working with her directly, not some big nameless faceless bank. Well, that did the trick. Our offer was accepted. She continued to quarterback the entire process. I never felt so protected. It was like working with family. No high-pressure tactics. And if anyone was falling down on the job or trying to jerk us around she took care of it. She was the most important part of this process. We could not have done this without her. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy and will certainly be a repeat customer.Review from Joan E

Liz was absolutely incredible to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Liz guided us through every step of the process. I gained a ton of knowledge while working with Liz. What can I say about Liz and her team at expert mortgage besides incredible. My husband and I just recently bought our first home and Liz walked us through the entire thing. She was there for us every step of the way. From getting the pre approval , to then reaching out to the sellers agent letting them know we were good to go, and answering 1 million questions from us along the way. She is amazing at what she does. She kept us informed the entire time and anytime we had a question she was there for us, even reaching out to us way past business hours to make sure we understood the next step and were not worried about it all night long. She went above and beyond and never did we feel like we were just another client, she really cares about helping people get into their dream home. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home. I cannot say enough good things about her and our experience and I cannot thank her enough.Review from Isabella I

Liz helped us through the purchase of our first home and made it feel like a breeze. Every step of the way, she was communicating with us and answering any question we had. Buying your first house is stressful, and if you don’t have good people around you it’s easy to get overwhelmed or make mistakes. My wife and I were buying our first house, with our first child on the way and honestly, we had no idea what we were doing. Luckily we had Liz and her team at Expert Mortgage to help us through the entire process. It was clear from our first call with Liz that she really cared about her clients and she went above and beyond any expectations, we had to make our lives easier. Any time my wife or I had questions, we could pick up the phone, or shoot Liz an email and we had an answer back almost immediately. It’s really reassuring to have someone in your corner that you feel like is giving you good guidance, especially as first-time buyers. I can’t say enough about Liz and Expert Mortgage. You’d be doing yourself a disservice if you went with anyone else. Will 100% be going back to Liz on any future purchases/sales.Review from Christine M

Liz made the purchase of our first home much easier than I would have imagined. Expert Mortgage's customer service is absolutely excellent. The entire process was very efficient, and Liz made me feel better every time I talked to her!
