***** charged us for services we didnt need. When confronted with video evidence of not doing what has partner said he did, he refused service. Would like for the BBB to help as the owner stopped responding to request.Initial Complaint

***** told us we had to hire him to reprogram our new projector because he installed Control 4, even though we had the same brand projector as our last. His partner said we didnt need him to reprogram it and it was a wasted service visit. They also installed dimmers in our basement and one of them is starting to fail. His partner acknowledged the issue when he was here and did not service it. He charged us for services not rendered. I sent ***** two videos from our Nest camera disputing what has partner claimed he did. We want a refund for the unnecessary service call or for them to fix the problem they made by installing the lights incorrectly we had an issue with the way they installed projector and doorbell the first time. ***** is trying to get us to pay him another service call after he was already at our house.
