On July 23rd my 17 year old daughter made an appointment to have her ears pierced. She was charged $55 for the service plus $8.25 for a tip. My daughter didn't realize she needed to have her birth certificate, and didn't bring it. They refused to perform the service. My daughter went back on July 25th and was charged $55 again for an appointment. The original $63.25 my daughter paid on July 23rd was never refunded. The merchant claims the charge is non-refundable. I would like my entire $63.25 refunded and if not I should have a minimum of $28.25 refunded because the merchants website claims the booking fee is $35 and that fee is non-refundable.Initial Complaint

On 03.01.20** At 6pm I had a tattoo appointment with *****************************. I got a chest tattoo and in the process of ****** tattooing me he began to rub on my b****** I froze because I didnt understand what he was doing nor why. I closed my eyes so tight and couldnt move. He asked me if I liked it and I said no. He removed his hand and after awhile he proceeded to rub my b****** again and this time he placed my ******* between his fingers and was pinching them. He would do it on the side he was tattooing. Each time hed rub on my breast and then he began trying to put his hands between my legs. I crossed my legs to block him from doing that. He asked if I wanted to f*** him. I felt like I was frozen and couldnt move. I was in shock. When the piercer was getting ready to leave I told him I didnt want him to finish because I was scared to be alone with him. I grabbed my coat and paid him. Which I found disgusting to give him $300 for sexually assaulting me. He said I was paying for him making me feel like a woman again. Police report make with oak park police department report number, it is #**-01105 Please feel free to call me and please remove my ID form from where he can take my address off if it. I dont need him coming to my home.
