      I purchased a 2019 certified used Rogue from Kelly in August. In financing, I prepaid for oil changes and routine maintenance. Today, I brought the car in, and several hours after dropping it off, I received a text that I urgently needed new rear brakes, injector service, and throttle body service. I declined to have the work done there. Then, when my son went to pick up the car, he was charged for the oil change. I immediately called, questioned the charge, and spoke with *****. Honestly, she was one of the most condescending, ignorant employees of any business I've ever dealt with. When questioning her on the charge, I take responsibility for my heated tone, but she snidely told me, "You bought a used car. You should know brakes only last ****** miles." I've put ****** miles on the car since I purchased it. She also told me the charge for the oil change was my fault because I signed off on the paperwork in the morning. After a prolonged heated discussion, she proceeded to hang up on me. Everything about today with Kelly Nissan is beyond unprofessional. I have purchased more than one car from here, yet I promise I will never return. Compliments of ****** Kelly Nissan has lost a loyal customer.

      Horrible Service! I was advised at my last oil change to bring my car in before the end of the year to get my last oil change paid for upfront in my contract. When I went in today, I was told Kelly Nissan would not honor it because I was two hundred miles over. My understanding was ********************************************************************************** to bring back at the end of the year. Today is 12-30-23. This is the second time I've been treated poorly at Kelly Nissan. I have purchased two cars from Kelly Nissan over the years and can not believe this is how they treat their loyal customers. I am disappointed and will not bring my car there for services or purchase another car from Kelly Nissan. This dealership does not understand customer service.

      I apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding of your maintenance contract. Like a warranty, these contracts have expiration dates and also mileage limits. This should have been told to you by the finance manager when you bought the car and the advisor you spoke with on your last visit. Kelly Nissan and our team should have done something the day you brought your vehicle in. I am the manager and would like to make things right. We do value you as a customer and want to treat our loyal customers the right way. I will be reaching out to discuss a resolution for this.

      Horrible service team. Always rude. I have had my car damaged while it was being serviced. I have to drop off the car to get an oil change or wait 3 weeks for an appointment for "waiting". I've been waiting for management to get back to me.

      The worst experience Ive had with any dealer Ive been given a bunch of run around and Im highly disappointed with the misleading false information that have been given to me. This place lies and now Im in a big whole that I didnt put myself in. I need help immediately some kind of assistance Id give this place no stars if possible and two thumbs down its a SCAM They definitely will financially do you in so dirty.

      I will say if you have any third party warranties or any Nissan warranties, be sure to have the finance department email you the contract. This dealership will financially **** you if youre unaware. I was told that some expensive service was not covered, and after calling a different Nissan dealership, I was informed that the services were absolutely covered. It amazed me that apparently the proper research was not conducted initially because again, I was informed that the service was not covered.but after speaking with a totally different dealership and voicing my concerns..they miraculously informed me that my service would be covered for the deductible. It put a bad taste in my mouth. There is no accountability and they all support each other even if they are wrong. **************** is not what it use to be. I feel that the mechanics are amazing but due to the services representatives, I dont trust the service reps at dealership at all. They will quote you one price and definitely charge you another!

      No accountability and no respect for customers. They preach being all under the Nissan name as if to imply all dealers are the same and all are a team. Yet this dealer would not honor another dealers work. Poor attention to details. Charged me for a service they completed and they didn't even complete it correctly, yet wanted me to pay more money for more repairs. No customer service and no intention on retaining customers it seems.

      ************,You received a recommendation to replace the fuel pump from an outside technician that does not work here at Kelly Nissan. We had the part you needed in stock and you requested us to replace the part without our own diagnosis. This is like going to your doctor and telling them to preform a procedure you were recommended from someone else. Your doctor is going to want to run their own tests. They may have another recommendation or a better idea to fix the issue. I apologize if their was any miscommunication about the whole process. If Kelly Nissan recommended to have the fuel pump replaced and it was the incorrect repair, this would be a different situation. This review is in regard to another Nissan's poor recommendation.       Absolutely awful experience. Their untrained mechanics misdiagnosised my vehicle. I authorized $1,574 in repairs & picked my vehicle only to find out more repairs were needed.If I had known from the $169 diagnosis I paid for I could have had the most important items repaired.And I feel a strut mount is important. I will never buy another vehicle there nor will I recommend Kelly Nissan to my friends.I didn't even get a courtesy wash.Horrible experience.

      I have reviewed this complaint and there were 3 original issues that the vehicle came in for. It originally came in for a check engine light, a headlight was not working and a splash guard was loose. As part of our normal procedure we also perform a visual inspection of the vehicle to determine if there is anything else needed at the time of service. The $169 diagnosis charge ******************** refers to is for the diagnosis of her check engine light. That was determined to be a faulty air fuel ratio sensor and the cost of that alone was $900 of the $1,574 ******************** paid. During the visual inspection of the vehicle, our technician noticed that the left front stabilizer link was worn and we recommended replacing it. We also recommended the battery terminal end cables. ******************** authorized the stabilizer link and the battery terminal end cables so the other $674 of her **** was to pay for the headlight repair, splash guard repair, stabilizer link and battery end cables. After ******************** picked up her vehicle she complained that there was a noise coming from the front of their vehicle. ******************** stated to our service manager that there was originally a noise when they dropped their vehicle off and that it was mostly gone but there was still a slight noise. The Eberharts brought the vehicle back in and our technicians spent over 2 hours trying to pinpoint the noise. It was determined that a strut mount was making the noise and needed to be replaced. The strut mount is not something that a technician would see during a visual inspection because it is tucked up under other parts. We recognize that $1,574 is not a small amount to pay for vehicle repairs but unfortunately paying that amount does not make it a perfect vehicle. It still is an 8 year old vehicle that is driven here in ******* which probably has the worst city streets in the country. With that said, we are willing to pay for the labor to replace the needed strut mount if the Eberharts will pay for the part.       Terrible experience My 2014 armada was service by the (keystone cops) technical team for 4 weeks with a different diagnosis every week . after it was all said and done my total **** was $1852.64 My Armada still the have the problem, I live a fix income Need support to complain about businesses that take advantage of consumers

      While we certainly don't want to take a long time to diagnose any vehicle, this was a complicated matter that was exacerbated by the global parts shortage. Also, to be clear, ************ did not pay $1,852.64. His warranty company paid over $1,200 of the **** so while we understand that he is not happy - he did not pay the keystone cops (as he has called us) $1,800.
