05/18/23 I went to get glasses for my daughter. When the associate (*******) explained the total price it was $199 for the lenses, $160 for the frames, and $8.07 for taxes which comes to $367.07. When she ran my insurance she told me my portion to pay was $157.07, I assumed my insurance paid the difference. I asked for an itemized receipt. My total was $493.07. I called back and the employee told me she charged me what the insurance told her to though they are covering $336 of the bill. She can't explain the difference in the pricing to me.Initial Complaint

I paided ****** out of glasses I can't see out of and the Optical Mgr said she would remake them free of charge., after calling back she said she didn't say it. I have employee witnesses and a witness who was sitting right there across from me. Due to being a Cancer patient I forgot the glasses were still at the store. The lady has dark hair in Oaklawn. My number is ************. I feel discriminated now., she doesn't care that I cant see. My Mom is blind and I don't want to end up like this. Please help
