  I signed my then 11 year old son ********* to be members of this fitness center around the corner from us. I was previously a member here between 2019-2020 until I had surgery on 11/5/2020 & did not get my following personal trainer sessions completed which were more than 1/2 of a $300 check I wrote in 2019 but let go since my PT **** no longer worked there. So at minimum I lost $150 there in 2019 & left the club sometime in late 2020/ early 2021 even though I was off on injury.This time however, I became injureda 2nd time at my job as a firefighter/ paramedic & was informed that I need to have a back fusion surgery in January and then had a operation which was done and completed on 2/24/23. I have only done physical therapy per my doctors office direction before and since the surgery & am still off work recovering at home. I was called on 2/1/23 & left a vmail that my payment did not go through. I did not realize that they were able to make these payments after and realized this in my bank statement last month & noticed we were charged a then 12th charge of $39.98 totaling $479.76. This was my fault for not noticing sooner but I have struggled to get through most days without pain so never once exercised nor has my son ***** since he cannot go without me.
