      This business is HORRIBLE my horrific experience I purchased a vehicle dec 7th and have no vehicle this company has taken my vehicle from a property that I was visiting along with my ***** I gave them for vehicle Ive yet to hear anything back from company they have ALL MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS PURSE, DEBIT CARDS , CREDIT CARDS SOCIAL ETC. Im a very disappointed unhappy customer Im scared of identity theft as well I check reviews they have multiple statements being posted to be fraudulent

      After carefully reviewing the customers complaint, Future Finance has discovered that ******************* did finance a vehicle thru Future Finance, her contract was ultimately returned back to the selling dealer of her choice, therefore she must contact that specific dealer in regards to her vehicle and or down payment. Future Finance only Finances Vehicles via an indirect network of dealerships. Furthermore Future Finance did not receive any of the customers Down Payment or Personal Property during the execution of her Retail Installment Contract. We Strongly urge Ivoryana to contact the selling dealer in regards to these matters.

      Hello In February of this year my vehicle engine had blown a whole while I was driving on 290 on ******* heading west bound. After talking to the finance company and dealing with my insurance I was told by Future Finance in May 2023 that the gap insurance will not pay out the purchase of my vehicle due to previous damage but the gap insurancewas purchase before driving the vehicle off of the car dealership property.

      I have reviewed Mr. ***** account and have determined that his complaint is not directly an issue that Future Finance can resolve. Mr.. ***** purchased a Used vehicle and at the time of purchase, purchased a Gap Addendum. This Gap addendum indicated that, 1. This Addendum is not a substitute for ************************ or ************************** Furthermore ************** ( Gap Company)  responded to Mr. ***** advising why his GAP claim was denied. I have Attached both his GAP Addendum and GAP Claim Denial.

I rejected this because my vehicle was not in any collision with any other vehicle and if my issue is not with future finance how do I go about filling a complaint with company for my gap insurance since this has already been started with future finance.

      This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below.FUTRE FINANC ACCT #: ******** BAL. $3,256.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ****g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.

      We are in receipt of ************************** complaint, and have located his account. There will be documents sent out to the address he provided via certified mail, **** **** **** **** ****. Copies of the finance agreement, insurance loss documentation, notices, and judgment obtained will be included, along with a detailed payment ledger.

      I put a $4500 down payment on a car through this loan company. I gave the dealership all needed information. AFTER I signed the ************* took my money, they stated that the information I gave them wasnt verifiable. They said I needed a co-signer instead of just my name. So I went in with the co-signer on a Saturday. The dealer stated that he would find out more information Monday, if the company still wanted to do the deal. That Monday the dealer texted me stating that my account came up as a fraud account & that the loan company didnt want to do the deal with me anymore. I asked about my down payment, and he said the loan company is entitled to that. I even asked the dealer if I can call the loan ************ said You are not their customer anymore. They wont discuss anything with you. I just dont understand how they are entitled to my down payment if they are the ones cutting the deal? The dealer said I had to return the car that same day, so I did. Now I have neither- A car or my $4500 to put down on another car. I want my $4500 back. Im a working single mother that needs a car to go back & forth to my job so that I can provide for my child.

      Future Finance has received ************************** complaint. While we cannot disclose any personal information, we can confirm we did receive loan documents from Auto Mode, the selling dealer, for **********************. While Future Finance did originally accept her application for financing, we are unable to finalize the loan due to underwriting issues. However, at no point did Future Finance receive ************************** down payment of $4500.00. Down payments are always paid to the selling dealer, and only the remaining balance is financed. ********************** will need to contact the selling dealer to discuss her down payment, and can reference any receipts she received from the dealer upon payment. Future Finance did not receive, nor have we ever received, any money from ********************** so we are unable to offer her a refund.
