      I purchased insurance from this company 2months ago. i then had my car stolen and the insurance refused to pay for the damages & then drop me. My car has been siting up for 2months with repairs that never got done because the adjuster refuse to go out. I"m a single mother without a vehichle because they refuse to fix it I"ve been in contact with cooperate with nothing been done & neither has any of my phone calls been returned. Due to negligence on one of the customer service workers something needs to be done so I am looking into legal representation in regards to my situation.

      The customer line that is supposed to help customers with questions and selecting an appropriate plan has business hours from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. I called on Monday evening at 5:25pm. They put me on hold and never picked up. I waited on the line and once it was 6pm they had the automated voicemail kick in to say that they were closed. This company is horrible and doest care about its customers whatsoever!

      This company is the worst they took my money and canceled 3 days later and gave me half the money back

      Customer paid $189.00 down payment on a policy for $671.00 issued through United Equitable and cancelled on 4-6-24. The premium charged by the insurance company was $33.00 and we refunded customer $156.00 back to her credit card of payment.on 4-10-24.

      this company has not fixed my car and has treated me like i stole my car, they have yet as of today to call me and say anything about my car, and every person i have spoken to keeps giving me the round around about my car leaving me in the dark about what's going on and what will happen. I know i am not the only person whose car has been stolen yet I feel that they could have taken better care of their clients.

      I went into your location on 47th and California. I went in to cancel my policy due to horrible service. I went into the office and spoke with ****************** was very rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter. Ill never be returning back to Oxford and Ill be informing all the people I know of this horrible company.

      Had been insured with them for almost 7 years did not file one claim or miss a payment and they dropped me after my car was stolen. I had a hard time trying to insure my ******* Sonata, now I pay twice as much for insurance.

      At Oxford Auto Insurance we don't handle or pay claims. This is only done by the insurance company the customer is insured with. All of the ********************** companies are having issues with insuring ********* and ***** at the present time and rates have increase tremendously for companies.

      insured called and said the *** told him he needs Owners SR22, so the agent made customer aware it gets resubmitted with vehicle so *** will see it in their system by end of week.Client was upset because his plates are suspended. we made him aware that they are not, but if he has questions or concerns, he can call *** to verify because on our end everything is verified.
