Would never use again! They do not even deserve 1 star.

My husband and I were contacted in December 2019 by people in our church about a trip to ****** in 2020. The travel agency Bell Wholesale Travel went through ******************* pastor of ***************** of All Nations. We paid everything up front $7767.00 + $575 for ***************** Jan 28, 2020. We asked for the best insurance available but later learned it wasnt. Bell wholesale travel then canceled our trip for November ****, 2020. We asked for our money back when the trip was canceled and rescheduled, but were told we could not get it. If we didnt reschedule for 2021 we would not get a ***** back. We felt forced to reschedule or lose all. ****** did not open its doors for visitors until about October 26, 2021 and our rescheduled trip was to start November 1, 2021. We did not have time to get the Covid shots or any boosters required. It took us a year to save the money for this trip and we are very disappointed that we didnt push back more in 2020 when the agency canceled our trip and we were forced to reschedule or lose all $7767.00. Even with all of this going on, the insurance we had been issued, should have been paid before CoVid19 because we paid everything upfront on 1/28/20 but **** Wholesale **** did not buy our insurance on the day that we signed up for this trip. They waited until over 18 months later to purchase a policy written after the Covid outbreak. The policy as of January 2020 may very well have covered our situation. Also our original contract with terms and conditions said we would be able to get our money back except for a $300 deposit if we notified them of cancellation 3 months ahead of departure date. But the whole trip was cancelled after the 3 month cut off. After we rescheduled we were sent out a new terms and conditions page. It was different than our original one with a no refund policy for anyone who had paid before June 2020. Maybe BWTI was good before CoVid19 but they are highly unrecommended now.
