      A few days after I placed my order, we had a family emergency and had to leave town. I sent multiple emails the the shrimp farm asking them to cancel my order that nobody would be home to accept the live shrimp and it is below freezing in Indians during the evenings. My order still showed as processing and I tried multiple times to reach them. A week later the order stated shipped and i continued to try and reach them with no reply or success. And I have tried multiple times this week to contact them. This has gone on for nearly three weeks now and I want a full refund.

      On Friday the 22nd I placed an order. Web states shipping is Mondays and Tuesdays. The Shrimp Farm received funds on the 23rd. The next shipment days , the 25th and 26th came and went no word, no shipment. No phone number is available to contact them, they didn't respond to email. They took my money, didn't deliver, will not communicate.

      Sorry for the delay in shipping you ordered on Friday the 22nd, we ship on Monday and Tuesdays each week and this did not make it out that week, but the following week it did and was delivered. I hope all went well with your shipment.

       I am rejecting this response because:


      The Shrimp farm did not address the poor packaging and the inability for a customer to contact them. Also, the taking of funds 2 weeks before shipping product.
