      I wish I would have checked the BBB before hiring them. They aren't even a real company. They have a grade of F...? WHY? Why did I hire them? I could've thrown all my belongings out and bought new stuff for the price I paid them to damage everything I own.

      First, when moving a sectional from my basement upstairs, they put multiple holes in my wall. Not only that, they took the stair lip off of the basement stair.Next, when they were unloading the furniture to my new home, I witnessed them rip a hole in my sectional because it was stuck to the truck's back door hinge. After further inspection, there was another rip in the same sectional due to the way it was packed into the truck.It keeps getting worse. From there, I noticed that they had punctured the top of my entertainment center as well due to the way they packed the truck.The main mover even acknowledged that the other men were inexperienced and that they usually didn't pack the truck. He apologized profusely for the multiple items that were damaged.Here is where is gets extremely frustrating: when you call the company and try to get these items fixed because it was clearly the movers fault, they try and shift the blame onto you. "Well, you didn't pay to have the items wrapped." I took the advice of the PROFESSIONAL movers who recommended not having the items wrapped because it was such a short-distance move (less than .5 miles). How in the world is it my fault? They refuse to fix the puncture on my entertainment center because they stated, "It's not real wood and those things break easily."When trying to get my sectional reupholstered, whoever ***** is, stated he would show up on a certain date and then never showed, never called, nothing. It has been two weeks since our move and I finally got someone to come out and pick up my couch to get reupholstered. Where it's going? No one knows. No one can give me a timeframe as to how long it's going to take. Nothing.When I inquired about getting my walls fixed at my home due to the movers putting holes in the wall during the move, I was told they would either fix my couch or the walls, not both. This is a company that literally takes your money and RUNS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

      I will never be using this company to move again. They showed up three and a half hours late for a move I had scheduled ahead of time for months and then refused to move me giving no explanation as to why.

      PLEASE **** BEFORE ****** - If it was possible, I would leave negative 5 stars. I have moved many times and across state lines, this is by far the worst "moving company" I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their movers broke my brand new TV that i had just purchased 3 months, completely ruining the display then attempted to lie repeatedly about it after I called out their lies one by one. They violated their own contract and refused to address any attempts to resolve the issue. ****** who is a moving coordinated is by far the worst coordinator I have ever encountered and chose to call me ridiculous because I kept calling out their lies time and time again. You are better off setting your furniture on fire and buying new everything then having to deal with this sham of a business. If you are reading this, you have been warned.

      I used All Seaons Moving Company 4/27, I was charged for three men and a truck with an estimate of three hours. When the team arrived, it became clear early on that one of the members who the others called shorty was intoxicated. His eyes were blood shot and barely open. Through out the move he was running into doors and tripping over himself. He dragged a dresser across the hardwood floor leaving scratches, almost dropped a large glass mirror, and multiple times had to be tapped out by the other team members. There was a box we had clearly marked as fragile with our kitchenware in it and I personally watched him drop it to the ground instead of placing it gently like the other movers had. We had all of our glassware bubble wrapped and packed in a way as to prevent any breaking but due to this drop we now have four shattered champagne glasses, three shattered coffee mugs, a shattered vase, and a shattered ceramic bowl (all having significant value either personally or financially). This team members intoxication slowed things down tremendously, and it was clear that the other two movers were having to pick up the slack of the third. And only two men were getting things done rather than the three I was charged for. This time delay also caused us to miss the window of time that our new apartment building had put aside for us to use the freight elevator. If it were not for the generosity of another tenant allowing us to share her allotted elevator time, our furniture would not have been able to be moved up to our apartment. It also led to us personally unloading boxes and bringing them up ourselves to prevent further delays. This team member also tickled my sisters neck and was speaking inappropriately about my sister and I in Spanish, which unknowingly to him we both speak. This behavior is truly unacceptable and unprofessional. I have reached out to the company multiple times with to returned emails or phone calls. Your reputation is your business and at this point I would not recommend or refer this company.
