My son came to several GAME Day tournaments as a young child. We registered him for a ****** ** event that was scheduled in February 2021. The event was cancelled at the last minute and the company refused to give us a refund but offered to transfer his registration to February 2022. In April 2021 our son, now 15, sustained a pitching injuring in a varsity game. In December 2021 he was diagnosed via MRI with an elbow sprain. I called the organization in January 2022 and asked what could be done. I was told that if my son could not attend due to his injury, we should get back with the organization before February 10, and let them know, and that a refund would be considered. When we consulted with our doctor and our pitching coach in *******, both determined it would be detrimental to our son's health and future career to attend. The company is now refusing to give a refund again, stating they have refused others (but not others with injuries). They are offering another future tournament, but our son will soon be 16 and be looking to be recruited to colleges (should his injury heal). So, another tournament at this time is not an option for us. This is robbery!
