I had Hi Five replace my roof and gutters and they did a terrible job. My gutters are leaking and do not extend the entire length of my house. There is a mismatched color down spout extension and when I tried to have them come back and fix all the mistakes they were either to busy or never responded. They originally came out and gave me a quote and then when they found out I got insurance money by filling an individual claim myself they tried to claim that it was an insurance job and are now trying to raise the price. When I refused to pay them anymore money until they fixed their mistakes they put a mechanics lean on my home. High five agreed they would settle for **** dollars but when I contacted another roof and gutter company they said it would be about **** to correct all of the problems with my roof and gutters. I would like to settle for **** and to have high five release the lean off of my home to correct the fraudulent actions by this fly by night roofing company.Business response

Good morning,The client who filed a complaint against us has a lien on their property for non payment. We have failed to contact him numerous times about his concerns. He was dropped by his first insurance company for not using the monies from his first claim. His second insurance company paid him again to complete the repairs which we did but was not paid in full. This is his way of using the money he received insurance company once again and not using towards his repairs.--Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I am currently still with the same insurance company Nationwide who is investigating the shoddy unfinished job that Hi-Five preformed on my home. I havent heard from High-Five or **** since they shorted my dripping gutters and the proceeded to not finish the job. My number is ********** and my email is ****************** if High-Five would like to contact me they have always had my contact information but have been absent since they stole my money. I have pictures of my gutters before they screwed them up and have pictures of what they look like now that show the gutters do not extend completely as they did before.

I would like to see photos and estimates from this so-called roofing company stating there are repairs needed to be completed. We tried contacting ********** and his wife ****************** to resolve these issues with no success. Therefore a lein was placed on his home. I will settle for no less then $3500.00.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
After having an outside roofing and gutter company come out and review the work from Hi-5 they have confirmed that the corner boxes are leaking because the new shingles that Hi-5 installed do not extend far enough so water is dripping behind the new gutters and I now have new water damage on the facia boards that have caused them rot. I will pay Hi-5 only a total of **** dollars to remove the lien due to the fact I have to pay another roofing and gutter company to come out and fix there mistakes. **** needs to look at the damage pictures attached to this BBB complaint that shows the shoddy job his company performed that is now destroying my house.
