      This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have paid my premiums for years, but they will not pay my claim. If you want an honest insurance company, go find someone else. These people will not pay your claim. When you talk to the claims department, they will not help you and say you must go to your dentist and tell them you have a problem getting your money back, and when you talk to your dentist they say they have submitted your claim. I have paid this claim. They did this same thing to me last year. I should have cancelled then. I have been paying 50$ a month for years and had a 130$ claim last year and this year. These crooks will not pay either one. You will be wise to take your business to someone who is honest.

Network dentists are always paid directly for services.       They require new customers now to send their paper application, via ***** (must contain credit card and Bank account details) and not accept application/financial data thru fax, phone or online. My family member, mailed his application with all info they wanted but 3 weeks passed TruAssure say they never received it. Ok now application is lost, whats going to happen with the account/card info when it gets into the wrong hands? TruAssure does not take any responsibility for such a situation so please stay away from providing paper/mail in account/financial info to them.

      This member contacted us to cancel her policy. The day the member contacted us was the date payments are processed for the next month. The members notification was outside of the normal cancellation window, but as a courtesy, TruAssure cancelled the policy effective February 28, 2023. However, the March payment already processed. We have requested an expedited refund be sent to the member as the standard turnaround time for a refund is 30 days. This member has contacted us through email and phone using profane language as our customer experience representatives attempted to explain the situation. The members concern is about the payment processed for March, which we have communicated will be refunded.

      I got a quote from ***** dental and paid what they told me I owed. Yesterday I get a bill for nearly $1000 and Aspen states that TruAssure didn't pay what was expected. 1 or 2 hundred dollars is one thing, but a discrepancy of almost $1000 is unacceptable. I was well past the 6 month waiting period, it was almost a whole year. I'm furious about this. This is a huge amount to pay when I have already paid what I was told was due.

      I pay my premiums on time every month, but I cant get them to pay my dentist at the correct address. They keep sending it to a wrong address. I keep calling them, they say they will reissue check, but it is the same old thing. My dentist is going to drop me and the insurance. I have a claim from early June of 2023 that Ill have to pay despite paying my premiums. Help please!June 6, 2022 **************** in ******, *********. Others at this office have the same problem!

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (i would give ZERO stars if that was an option) I work at a dental office and speak with customer service representatives daily !! Today i call TruAssure received a ******* , but the ******* did not have all the information that i needed. so i called to speak with a representative to receive the information that was needed. The *** name was ******* - she was COMPLETELY RUDE !!! I suggest if she doesnt like her job , she should look else where because customer service DOES NOT SEEM TO FIT WITH HER PERSONALITY! and if she was having a bad day, well that shouldnt come over into your work - (i know this because i do it on the daily) DO BETTER ******* - also if you would like to look up the call the ref # is Tanisha10/26/22
