I went into the restaurant and sat outside. We were completely neglected. Were were there at 430pm when the restaurant was completely empty on Cinco De Mayo.That's why we went early and did not get Ser ed dinner until 610. I had to go inside the restaurant to request a menu, a beverage and later 4x for my dinner. Food was average but service was bad. I went into the restaurant and asked a manager for a discount for the wait and he said he was the knee. Speaking with him I thought hog e would be kind enough to do something. But he asked what do you want. Then waved on his manager. They refused to even give me 10% off for my over 1 and 1/2 hour wait for my food. They said you got your food right? I have never been so upset at a owner of a restaurant in my life. Apparently there customer service is not valuable to them.
