              Bait and switch, do not order parts here. The most misleading company I have dealt with.I called and asked for a price/availability to quote my customer, and even paid for the item..Two weeks later they called me back claiming they cannot honor the price and asked for hundreds more than originally charged, 500$ to be specific. I ordered a steam table for $750 quoted, and because I was charged told my customer based upon this price. I was told weeks after ordering that the price would be increased to $1250.I would rather purchase from Parts Town, AKA The Devil, rather than make a purchase here again.The receptionist was rude from my first call, claiming that she was unable to contact the manufacturer for an updated ETA. If she would have done this on my initial call, this price fiasco would have never been an issue. She could have spoken that with the manufacturer, inquired on a lead time, and found out the price was different.To be clear, I am not upset about the hundreds of dollars higher price.. If I would have known the actual price when it was charged to me, I could have quoted my customer properly.*******, the manager, was not helpful in any fashion. She offered to help me with freight ($27) as a resolution for making me wait weeks and already charging me for the product..This could of all been prevented with some due diligence by the company upfront.*************************** SG ****************************
