The bank closed my account while I was logged into my account and in the process of paying them what I owed. Right after I had wages deposited in my account, they still closed my account, got the remainder from me while i was on the phone with them, and they refused to reinstate my account even though everything was paid. They are refusing to give me access to my financial statements so that I can pay my taxes and are trying to charge me a fee in addition to the monies I've already paid them to have my statements printed or emailed to me. This is all same-day while on the phone with multiple customer service representatives. Every piece of information offered to me by the bank prior to these issues was the same: pay what you owe. I did that and they still closed my account and are withholding my financial information from me.Initial Complaint

My credit card that I have with Northwest Community Credit Union was blocked without my acknowledgment or say. When I contacted my bank on June 29th about the issue, no one could answer why it happened. I was then informed a new one would have to be mailed. Because of this, I asked if the card could be expedited and was informed that there would be a expedited fee which I asked to be waived because of the inconvenience, and I was told that it would not. On July 20th I finally got an update that the credit card had arrived, but then was returned the same day. I never received my new credit card. I contacted my bank, explained the situation, and was told a new card would be mailed again and had asked because of the multiple problems, for the expedite fee to be waived, and was told no.
