      On May 6, 2022 Lintfighters came to my home unannounced stating that they were sent by ******************************* to clean the vents. After allowing ***** and his 2 sons inside my unit he asked me when was the most recent cleaning. I told home that the dryer had already been cleaned within the last six months. His team moved the dryer and pretended to vacuum the floor and removed the dryer lint screen and vacuum it. He alleges that the outside vent was vacuumed simultaneously. This is a bold and blatant lie there wasn't anybody on ladders assisting this process. I listened for evidence of brushes scrubbing inside the vent there was none. The process was completed in five minutes and the left the an invoice. I initially asked them to reschedule but he said no. I'm a senior and have been recovering from surgery ****- and taking meds while healing. ***** called me today and I advise that I was doubtful about the service and would gladly pay to repeat the service or provide camera proof inspection but the refused because its a SCAM. May 6 was a rainy day his team wasn't outside on ladders vacuuming. I live on the 2nd floor more than "20 feet from the ground."Linfighter are still in the area so why cant they prove the work. He threatened to report it my condo association if I don't pay him. He's good at his game but not good enough to scam me even on my worst day! Shame Shame Shame

      Our company, Lintfighters was contracted through the ******************************** via **************************** and their representative, *************************, to service the dryer vents of anyone in this association that wanted service. The complainant was signed up and a copy of the roster provided to Lintfighters clearly has his name, unit number, and phone number provided, ************ was provided on May 6trh. The complaintant was emailed by his property manager about the date and time. There was noticed posted in each building about the service. There is no reason they should not have known about the service they signed up for. Our service includes cleaning of the dryer and the dryer vent run. In his building, we ran into an issue because they had plastic vent runs which are against code and we cannot clean them without damaging the vent. I personally was outside on this rainy day on a ladder up 24 feet to inspect his vent. We cleaned what we could and cleaned the inside of his dryer. He failed to make payment. When called the next day by my partner ***** about payment, the complainant was incoherent and ranting (maybe from his medication from surgery). ***** ended the call. This person was never charged and never paid for the service which he signed up for and let the crew into perform. His building was the only one in the complex where we could not perform our normal cleaning of the venting for the 1st and 2nd floor units signed up.

      The homeowners association was notified by Lintfighters through the property manager regarding the issues with this building. They confirmed that everyone was notified about the service.

      I have provided the service proposal, the roster of those signed up from ****************************, and an email backing up my recounting of the events.

      I reiterate, this person was not charged and has not paid a dime. Not sure what else we can do to resolve this erroneous complaint.

      I may have signed up for the service butI was never given an advance notice about a date and time in which the service was to be performed. When ***** and the others arrived I clearly asked if they could come back at another time and they said no. They rushed inside with a vacuum moved the dryer vent screen and vacuumed it and my floor that was already clean and mopped behind the dryer and left an invoice. I checked outside immediately and didnt see anybody or equipment but taken away from the site at my building # 4. ***** or ******************* hasnt notified residents about any technical problems in relation to plastic vent run codes. Moreover, I was never impolite or rude to him and dont appreciate the negative personal remarks. Im the one that reached to Pinewood about non preformed duties. ***** spoke highly recommended businesses and never any complaints at BBB and accused me of not wanting to pay my creditors etc. I want to be clear that my invoice is forgiven in lieu technical issues and non preformed work duties. Seriously clean my lint catcher screen and floor.

      This customer did sign up for the service and was provided advance notice by his homeowners association. The service was one day only and there was opportunity to reschedule if they called BEFORE the day of service, not as we knocked on the door. This customer is NOT being billed for the service that was completed. I personally was own a ladder on the side of his building and checked his venting which was not up to code and we could not brush the vent with our equipment. This customer has not paid a dime and we are not seeking for any payment. This complaints should be closed as there is nothing to resolve.

      I strongly disagree with this statement and it contradicts the fact that an invoice was completed. When people make mistakes they should be held accountable. I dont appreciate a previous statement that implied I was rude and ranting because I was recovering from surgery.
