Our fence was installed in the middle of April. We were told to sign the paperwork and that someone would come out and fix the things that we noticed were wrong immediately (missing top of a post, gate not self closing). Called multiple times with no response. Finally someone came to put the self closing part on the gate weeks later. It closed right for about a week and now we have a warped post that is making my fence unstable and the gate isn’t self closing and we still have no top to the post. My husband and I have called multiple times with them telling us they will call us back. Now we are getting bills saying we owe interest in a job that is still not complete. My check was cashed and still no calls back and the fence is still not fixed. For close to $7000 I would like what I paid for.Business response

This is unacceptable. Although wood products can be problematic outside in the elements, we will follow-up with the customer to address the self-closing gate and the one twisting post concerns.

I have been told about 2 weeks ago that my problem will be resolved, however, we still have not had anyone come out to fix the problem.
