Used photographer for our wedding September 6, 2020. Upon receiving our photos late after contracted date and no response for weeks from her, we finally received an excuse and our photos. However we are still waiting, 10 months later, for our wedding book package and flashdrive she claimed got lost in the mail but she picked up from post office in March. She said she would personally drop off at our house then to avoid getting lost again. I have reached out on numerous occasions since March via phone, email and social media. She has blocked me from her social media but still refusing to respond or send the rest of our package. Requesting that she completes her job we paid $1200 for and havent received what was promised. Having a flash drive with all our photos was a number one key to choosing and booking a photographer. Not to mention we are unhappy with the quality and lack of professionalism day of as well but the issue at hand is she needs to finish the job, its been 10 months.
