    It was explained in *************, including the many turns in pipeline, and that Ive have other plumbers come to solve sewer backup issues and felt as if I was just donating money because I still have same problem.No one has been able to fix it. I was assured two workers would come and be able to go pass the 132 or so feet to reach city main sewer line. This was not the case. B & B Drain techs went the same distance as the other guys. I still have sewer issues and had to pay $204.37 to hear they are unable to deliver . I have no resolve for the money I paid them. I feel I was taken advantage of. They knew the problem before hand and they didnt resolve it. I called the company while tech was still on site and spoke with the supervisor, informed him the tech was unable to go pass 132 feet, only one tech came not two. I asked him what was the plan? He stated he needed to speak with his tech. Supervisor called tech immediately and asked why is that woman calling me? I could hear their conversation. It is my position that I be refunded the money due to B & B Drain tech not having the ability to do or go any further than what I had previously stated the plumbers prior had gone.

    I had a backed up shower and toilet so they came and snaked the toilet on a Monday, Cost was $200. By Friday of same week problem was back. A different tech came and I was charged $100 because he recommended the use of a camera since they had not done that on first visit. On this date, they snaked the toilet again, even though shower was backing up and covered with toilet backup. 30 minutes after they left while cleaning out my shower, the backup started again. Called right away and was told I’d have to wait until Monday as the tech was now too far away. Saturday morning I called again and talked to a supervisor who said she’s get a tech to come by, which she did. However, when the tech came (a different one again) and he cleaned out shower drain, he charged me $200 again! For a job they should have known to do not only the first time, but the second. I will never contact them again after a $500 total cost for what should not have cost me for return visits! Beware!

    I have read the review and looked at the subsequent invoices for services under your name for the property in East Moline and I am a little confused with the timeline and information you have presented. I have an invoice for services on Friday 4/21/23 in which the job was called into my office as a main sewer line back up. A technician was dispatched on Friday 4/21/23 to resolve the issue in the main sewer line. The technician has noted that another drain cleaning company had previously been to the property and the issue had returned which prompted your telephone call to my company for service. The cost for that service, invoice # 16729 was $185.00 dollars which included installation of a new clean out cap as well as removing the main sewer line blockage that was noted to be at 12' in the sewer line when camera inspected. Later that evening, Friday 4/21/23 you contacted my office stating that the shower drain was backed up and were notified that we unfortunately couldn't come back that evening and the soonest we could return without "after hours charges" would be Monday morning. After that conversation the job was listed in the dispatch book for service Monday morning. On Saturday 4/22/23 you contacted my "after hours" answering service and requested the "on-call" technician come out to rectify the separate shower issue. The Saturday technician resolved the additional drain issue for you on Saturday 4/22/23 via invoice # 167651 at a cost of $ 131.00 dollars which included the additional cost for weekend service and a reduced charge for the additional drain. Total cost for both services was $316.00 dollars for two separate tasks performed on two consecutive days. Ultimately, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by us having to make two separate trips for the two different drain issues that we could have resolved on the first visit had we been aware. That would have made a difference in the afterhours charges of $75.00 for emergency service on Saturday. We did however reduce the drain cleaning charges to an additional drain charge as is we were still at the property on the previous day. I believe there is some confusion with regard to who provided the initial services for you and what tasks we performed with regard to the total cost(s).
