    I recently had my roof replaced by Peerless Roofing, and I couldnt be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.They took the time to explain every step of the process and provided a clear, detailed estimate with no surprises. The crew showed up on time every day, worked diligently, and maintained a clean, safe job site throughout the project. It was clear that they take pride in their craftsmanshipmy new roof looks amazing and has dramatically improved the curb appeal of my home.What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They even went above and beyond by addressing a few underlying issues that werent part of the original quote.I would absolutely recommend Peerless Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.     After obtaining quotes from multiple roofing companies, I awarded the business to Peerless Roofing. REMOVEDarrived on time for every meeting, listened and responded to my requirements that the new roof must align in quality and style to the custom design of my home (original shingles no longer available). REMOVEDprovided a multitude of options, and we agreed on the final choice. We discussed all aspects of the project, including flashing color, skylight replacement, and enlarged gutter replacement to address damning in the ridges of the steeply pitched roofs. There was a delivery delay for the selected shingles, but REMOVEDmaintained contact throughout the delay. I should note that a storm had blown off a ridge cap, and REMOVED, on his own initiative, sent his team over to cover the ridge to prevent damage while we waited for the new shingles.Two weeks ago today (May 19, 2025) Peerless replaced the roof and installed new gutters. Every aspect of this project has been completed to perfection, from roof removal, installation, and clean up. I have already received so many compliments on the new roof, and the new gutters match the existing soffit and fascia perfectly. I can honestly say that I have never engaged a contractor with more dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and commitment to effective and timely communication with their client. Peerless not only met but exceeded my expectations in every aspect of this project. Their contract is comprehensive and addresses all items important to both parties (e.g. warranty of product and labor, certificate of insurance, pricing, etc.). Peerless is a professional company in every aspect and I highly recommend them ask for REMOVED, hes amazing, and so is his team!

    We had six different companies lined up and received quotes from and out of the six, I did get the best feeling of trust from REMOVEDand Peerless Roofing. The first thing that stood out to me was the great communication every step of the way. From the moment I sent an initial message and received a quick response from REMOVEDto the communication throughout our job with the REMOVEDand the after job follow up with REMOVED. I didnt feel that typical Salesman Routine, instead i felt like REMOVEDwas very genuine and honest.When REMOVEDcame out to assess our job and give a quote, he was incredibly thorough, and honestly made the process very easy. I explained some attic ventilation issues we had been having and he was able to explain exactly why and how wed go about addressing that.The prices were very fair for our complete roof tear off and new roof including new gutters and gutter guards. They were even able to install an attic fan (that I had purchased on my own) while doing the roof and route two bathroom fans i have so they vented properly instead of terminating in the attic.The job itself was great. For old tear off, new roof and gutters, the job was completely done in about a day and a half. (One day for Roof and about a half day for gutters and gutter guards).I didnt expect the job to be done so quickly in the year which was an added bonus. We started getting quotes in January and February just to be prepared for spring and ended up getting some nice weather in March and got a call from REMOVEDasking if wed be ready earlier.After job completion, the cleanup was very thorough as well. They came out several times after completion to spot check and walk the perimeter.The new roof looks great, we honestly couldnt be happier with our decision to go with REMOVEDand Peerless Roofing. Every concern we had was addressed! Very professional job and service as a whole!We would highly recommend Peerless Roofing!
