    I have always had low body temp. After watching their promotional video twice I was convinced. It said free shipping, so I did not read the return police. In fact I never saw an opportunity to read the return policy on the order screen. I then ordered 6 bottles (total $248.04) and then if you buy 9 more bottles (total $208.42) you save money and get them for a cheaper price. You have a 90 day money back to try the product. No, you do not. They count from the day shipped not the day received. I lost over a week receiving the product. I also ordered the Wellness box with 6 bottles of supplements. Not fee shipping as stated. I was charged another $29.95 for that. I took the pills faithfully and followed the instructions. I kept waiting to see results. After 2 and 1/2 months I gave up and contacted Alpilean. Guess what. I had 2 days to get the product returned to receive a refund. I immediately found an **** large flat rate envelope to return all 15 bottler and went to the local post office and mailed the envelope. The post office told me the envelope would be there in 2 days. Later they told me the envelope was delivered to them. Alpilean said they never received the envelope and never gave me a refund. With the return postage I am out $499.81 You should read the emails they sent me. Liars, Fraud. ****, I am retired and on a fixed income so to me it was a big hit. They were more concerned about keeping the money than trying to consult with my why their pills never worked. In fact they have no one on their team to consult with anybody.

    I bought 3 bottles of Alpilean weight loss support and 10/6, it was delivered 10/16. They deliver it fast when the company knows they are taking your $167.00 with no intention of returning it to you. I contacted them (*******) 11/21 to let them know how dissatisfied I with the product and i wanted to return. You must have all the bottles - i do. They would send me a shipping label to return - they didn't so now i am stuck with this. Before you buy this or really any product, check it out on BBB. Alpilean has had 105 complaints in the last 12 months, 106 in the last 3 years. They are not accredited with the BBB (red flag right there). I am going to chalk this up to stupidity (mine for believe this was true) and will throw it away. Save your money and DO NOT get scammed. There are ways to lose weight that really work - i must have believed they were a miracle- was I EVER WRONG.

    If I could upload a photo of what I found on another site, all doubt and questions would be answered. This is a scam. Apilean has a sole proprietor, 1 employee. He is a marketing specialist and he wrote the verbiage that we all bought into . LinkedIn shows who he is. I have requested contact info for this business. I do not think there is a magic pill or drink that will magically make you lose weight. So many of us have a reason to want or need this. Health, life, happiness? Whatever the reason this is not the answer.

    I would agree with the **** comments. I have taken this for almost 2 months and at this moment I am returning bottles and hoping to get my refund since they guarantee it for 60 days. Actually think i am heavier now than when I started taking the product. Very unhappy. Like others have said - too good to be true but I got suckered.

    Can we say SCAM!!! Bought an 8 month supply for nothing! As I asked questions, they said it can take up to several months before it works! I am deeply appalled that nothing has happened and I spent over $200 on this product hoping for results!

    Be careful. If it seems to be too good to be true, chances are it is too good to be true. I purchased with an open mind. I have not seen any positive affects from this supplement. I went in knowing there were problems with dissatisfied customers and refunds. I don't plant to ask for a refund because it is on me for buying something that is not effective despite the reviews. Please, keep your eyes open. It doesn't work as advertised. Actually, it doesn't work at all... Too good to be true. Lots of luck to others who may find different results.

    Same complaint as everyone. Did not respect the no questions asked MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. On time, had my stuff in order, was denied. They said I was one day late.??????From what date.They are dishonest. This company is not a good one to work with. Scam Read other reviews, some are worst than losing ******

    I LOVE ALPILEAN! I am 57 and I have a flat tire around my waist. Now I don't! I went from 137 down to 115!!!! In 2 months. This is just post menopausal weight that I have had on me since I was 49. I hope I will be able to keep using this product to maintain my weight.Please make more! ??????******
