      On June 28th 2023 my 2012 Dodge Charger (last 6 of the *** ******) was repossessed. I was allowed to come retrieve my items from the vehicle on June 29th 2023 but I did not receive all of my items. I had $240.00 in cash that was located right next to my wallet directly above the radio. I received my wallet back but I did not receive my cash. I notified the clerk of my missing cash immediately after looking through my things that same day. I have followed up several times over the pass two weeks via email and numerous phone calls but no one has gotten back to me yet. When I do call and reach out the receptionist and other employees there repeatedly hang up on me and never call back. I was informed they would look into my complaint but no one has yet to contact me or reach out to me

      05-05-2022 *********** repossessed my car on 05-04-2022 due to a an oversight on my part. I paid loan company immediately which included repossession fee to get my car my car back. the repossession company (madd recovery) was only open from 9am-1pm Monday through Friday which prevented me from picking the car up that day. The fallowing day when I contacted the company to retrieve my car they claimed I owed them an additional $240 in cash before they would give me car back. They refused to explain why it was cash only or to show me a receipt with a itemized break down with state and local taxes. Also the building smelled like marijuana with visible smoke in the air. The interior of the car was completely torn apart including my childrens car seats and toys. I realize the repossession is my fault however their business hours make it near impossible to retrieve your vehicle before collecting storage/administration fees and no one to be forced to stand in the smoky interior of their office in order to get their vehicles and there is no reason to have such disregard for personal property when removing it from the vehicle. Also I want to make sure the appropriate portion of my money was going to state and local taxes.

      Due to losing my job because of covid, I could not pay for my truck. The finance company used these people to repossess my truck. I was told by them and the finance company that I could get my personal belongings out of the vehicle. when I arrived they had shoveled all of my things in a plastic bag. things were broken, things were missing and they would let me verify that all of my things were out of the truck. worst of al, I had a sound system in my truck that was not bolded down and I could have removed it in 5 minutes! My music system cost more than the truck is worth and they refused to let me get it. I called the ************** and could not get any help. All I want is my personal property and now they are going to steal from me what I saved up for and earned. They told me this is what they always do so I am positive I am not their only victim. This is theft plain and simple Not only did they repossess the truck but I had chapter 7 bankruptcy protection and they knew this!

      My car was towed by this company Wednesday August 4th. When I picked up my car Thursday August 5th. I heard a horrible loud noise coming from the back of my vehicle so I reached out to them and left a message. I also reached out to my financial company to explain how they damaged my car. They informed me that the claim needs to be filed directly to Bulldog Recovery. They had closed for the day so I waited until the next day. I called at 9am and spoke with a lady. She stated she would take my name and number and call me back. I continued to take my car to another repair shop to have them help me figure out what the issue was with my car. By 11am no one had called me back so I reached back out and stated I needed to file a claim. A guy took the phone and stated he sent the information over to my financial bank and was waiting to hear back. It has been over a week and they aren't allowing me to file a claim with them. They will not return my phone calls. They are dodging me.

      Car was repossessed by *********** on June 22nd. I returned to get it June 23rd. When I was riding home I noticed my car was riding differently. When I made it home, I noticed weird scratches on the hood of my car that was not there. Everywhere That I went, someone notified me that my hood was popping open. I did not drive my vehicle again until June 28th. I went about five miles and my car began to shake uncontrollably. After getting it inspected, we noticed my battery was replaced with an old & dusty battery. While trying to replace my battery, the employees of *********** broke the latch to my hood and caused the hood to fly up and shatter my windshield as I was test driving the new battery.
