    We had new windows and doors installed in our home February 2023. we have had a problem door since it was installed, completely uneven, leaking air drastically and have tried for a year to get this fixed. Products are under warranty. There have been countless emails back-and-forth, lack of return, phone calls, no ambition to get this door fixed, constant issues to where we have to keep this door, covered with a blanket. This company has people working for them that are not certified, and the work that was done is complete rigged (hillbilly). We cannot get this company to come out and fix the door and are at a loss. They say they are working with us, yet still no contact from last email.

    Took full advantage of a senior citizen. Wanted only 6 windows wrote the contract. I signed. And mentioned eventually I wanted siding on home and garage. Sales rep mentioned this to ***************** after he got back. **** said we can do this with the amount approved. BUT **** never said without ********* found this out after 3 months of waiting for them to do this. Yes I signed a contract but never saw or received a written one. I would have waited til both could have been done together. **** saw an opportunity to make a sale and took advantage of a new sales rep and a senior citizen. Not a good thing in my book. Be honest.

    I received notice of a negative complaint making false accusations towards myself and Rockford Siding and Windows.The customer signed a contract with the sales person. We did exactly what was in the contract.The original contract was for 6 windows. Then the customer wanted to finance, after approval came back from finance company, she received a higher credit limit.The sales person presented the option of doing her siding on the house only (which is in the contract) and when she pays down the loan, she could do the garage next year with the financing.Customer agreed and signed contract. I did not write the contract with the customer, our sales rep **** explained, signed and gave a copy to the customer.After our crew completed the ********************** and was loading the returns, the customer was demanding to keep the materials.Again we explained that the materials are not hers to keep.We actually had to order more materials to complete her siding on the house due to the cuts that needed to be made.Her home measured just over **** sq ft and we had to get **** sq ft of material to complete the job.She wasnt charged any extra for the mis calculation on our part.We believe the customer is upset because she wanted to keep the extra materials to do her garage.We believe this is a customer trying to get something for free.
