I looked at the reviews and one stood out from Tashi M on 12/15/2021. I can not belive the work ethic of the people that are actually doing the website. I made the mistake of allowing the website person to be in controll of coming up with the color schemes and pictures for my website. I was told by them, that they have done many websites for the line of business that I am in so I tought great! I can continue to work on growing my business while this company works on the webite. This was a huge mistake. They sent a proof to me after 2 or 3 weeks of wating that looked like iall of about 15 minutes or less was actually put into doing the website, So now I am the one that is doing the website and sending them the information to input into the website! Every week they send me a email at the end of the week and I am spending the weekend to correct all of the things over and over again. The same corrections are being addressed as if no one is reading anything just sending you anything just to say that something is being sent to you. I really needed this website completed by at least 10/15/2023 it is nor 11/25/2023 and I am still waiting on this website and they are closed for the week because of Thanksgiving break. $169.00 a month and 3 months of $169.00 and nothing to show for it. I have talked to the account manager ***** and of course she blames me for caring about what my website looks like..... All I can say is do not hire this company,,,, It is best to just figure out how to do this yourself and most of the other people leaveing the coments on this BBB site is more than lickely people that know them in my opinon because all of the negative things that has been said is actually what I have experiencedReview from Lynne C

I really felt hopeless until I met this company And honestly when I first started talking with them I kept praying that they would be different. Well they definitely are different and I am definitely a very happy customer. To have somebody that will spend some time to explain to me certain things that I am definitely missing in my marketing objectives was very helpful. But just the initial contact with them was very warm, I think that they can do anything that you need done if you are a small to medium size company. They fixed up a website that I have been begging my other team to fix an update. I really felt hopeless. I was wearing so many hats that this particular hat was really the heaviest weight. If you have no experience in marketing and you just need to get that jolt of energy to push you forward, this is the company that will help you. When they mobilized to help me they were on point, and they guided me until I could focus down and give them the information that they really needed. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a website company. I was referred to this company by a friend who's website looked amazing. She told me the team over her project were great at communication and she was truly getting a bang for her buck. Too bad that wasn't my case. I hired Ez local 8/9/21 ($369 to start)and signed a year contract ( $169 per mo.) to design and operate my website on a secured platform for my ecommerce business. At first it was exciting then it took a turn when It come to the design. I honesty didn't know they would use shopify which nothing is wrong with shopify, however it only has certain templates and I was told my desired design is customized? Long story the communication was horrible I literally had to call/email them almost everyday to get feedback and to make edits, I even typed a detailed word document explaining what I wanted From Home page to FAQ page..took it even further and **** a picture and it still wasn't delivered so I thought maybe this is not a good fit for me so I asked for another web designer..long and be hold some of the edits were done in minutes. Still wanted another designer. I got another designer and Sent more photos and edits was told they'd be complete by 12/2/21 and nope nothing so I reached out on 12/7/21 asking to dissolve my contract because I didn't want to waste more time and money. The day after I asked to end my contract is when I finally spoke to the new web designer but by that time I was over it...My website looks the exact same for months, today is 12/15/21 and I am left without a finished website 5 months later. I paid this company $1,045 for absolutely nothing. I've never been this unsatisfied with a company. I feel like I got robbed and the only thing they can say to me is I can waive 2 months if you give us another chance. No there isn't anyone else you can talk to , no you cant have a refund. WOW...My "Team(s)" consisted of ****** ****** ****** and *******. I will say I've learned a couple of lessons in this experience. Please beware and do your own research before you pay ANY company your hard earned money to bring your visons to life. I am extremely unhappy with this service!
