On Jan 11, 2022 I purchased a computer with a one year warranty from Micomp company via ***** The computer has quit working and I spoke with multiple representatives since 9/8/22 when computer went out. They sent me a flash drive that was supposed reinstall Windows 10 unfortunately what they did not say was I needed another working computer for this process, going forward I spoke with representatives today 9/15/22 and they said that the computer would be replaced that they email the *** label to be scanned by *** for return and they would then process the replacement of the computer. I didn't receive such email so it took me three times calling back only to be told that I would need pay ***** for the return label, they sent me email with an address to send a ***** payment to. I called Micomp back asking to pay the ***** with my debit card and was told they are capable of this process. I want the computer replaced effectively and efficiently.
