I am a Enterprise Plus Member. We rented a *** for our Family vacation from Friday, May 23- Sunday evening 06/01/2025. When we received the vehicle during our trip we noticed it needed and Oil Change. Light came on that Oil in the vehicle was at 8%. We attempted to swap the vehicle in ********** ************ but that was unsuccessful. The manager of the ******************************* Enterprise stated he would contact the ************************ location and call us back. He never did. We than were forced on Memorial day to Find a place open to have an oil change done on the **** We found a Wall Mart and did the Oil Change. If we had not taken time out of vacation for this oil change we would have take big risk in having the *** breakdown in very remote mountainous location during our vacation. I have attempted to contact the enterprise location several times but no one ever answers the phone. Also submitted a complaint with Enterprise but, no response either. All we want is the $72.14 refunded to us for the oil change

I purchased the vehicle in January, 2024 not knowing that the key inside the key fob didnt work. I went out of the country for over 2 weeks in September of 2024 returning in October 2024. Upon my return to my home, I tried to open the door and the car was completely dead. I tried with the keys inside of the fob and they didnt fit nor work. Therefore they also gave me a bad battery and Key. I had a tow person to help me get the hood up by having the ballon to crack open the door then use a hook to open the hood. I purchased a new battery just in case that was the issue. We replaced the battery then I was able to open doors and start my vehicle. I contacted Enterprise sales and one of the managers was being snobby, arrogant and unprofessional not wanting to comply with me at all. I told him, I purchased 2 vehicles from you all one in December 2023 and the other January 2024 and you cant help me with making sure I have the right key for my vehicle. He stated it had been six months and he couldnt help me. I told him, if I had known the key didnt work, I wouldve brought it back sooner. I told him you all stated that the car was certified, that means everything working and operating at the time of purchase. I later found out that the car had been in an accident and they stated it never was. All I wanted was for them to give me a working key and I was denied that option.

On May 12,2023 I rented a car from Enterprise Rent a Car with a 12:00 PM CST pickup for 24 hours. I arrived at 11:30 am CST for the car. My car an suv wasnt available nor were any other cars. At 12:05 Pm CST I asked where was my car, and the attendant said it was coming in from ********, *********** received the car at 12:30 pm cst on Friday (5/12). I returned the car on Saturday(5/13) at 12:15 pm cst. The facility was closed at 12:00 PM CST. I put the keys in the drop box.Monday I was charged $417.44 which amounts to 3 days of service, although i only had the car for one day. Tuesday (5/16) called the coporate office ************. Explained the situation to corporate that was not my fault that the car was delivered to me 30 minutes late and i had rented the car for 1 day/24hours. Not 23 hours and 30 minutes. Corporate indicated the would contact local office and my money would be returned. I was reimbursed $65.13, i am still owed $234.87. the transaction code is 9QVRNC. My next step is to take Enterprise to court.,I want my $234.87. If we go to court its is going to be Lawyer fees, time off work, and compensation fees.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Chicago ****** Intl Airport ******************************** Rent-A-Car Chicago ****** Intl Airport. Location: ***********************************************************, ** *****; same address for both. Confirm #********** & RA#*********. I picked up rental at ***** Intl Airport Exotics on 4/13/23 followed directions to Enterprise. I utilized ATS, went to F & arrived at MMF (multi-modal facility) within *****. I went to the Enterprise counter & discussed $200/daily rate and opted for a tollpass ***************** service option $66.86, a one-time fee, with a total estimated charge of $691.74. I was walked to the rental car with Enterprise employee within ***** parking lot & inquired where to return rental. I was told to return to exactly the same place ***********************************************************, ** ***** following the signs to Rental Car Returns. On 4/17/23, I returned car to ***********************************************************, ** *****. EXACT location I obtained the car & was told I was at the wrong location. I disclosed that I was not & this was the location & used Enterprise within ****************. I was told I had a $539.99/daily rate fee termed one-way rental & charged an added $1, ******. Upon entering *****, I noted it was the EXACT SAME location where I had arrived, passing the SAME Enterprise counter within MMF. I attempted to resolve the matter & called Enterprise **************** on 4/17/23 spoke for 10 minutes; she also found this odd. I was told an employee from the location will call me to discuss & reverse the ***************** a message to the location. No call was received. #2 call to Enterprise on 4/20/23 & #2 message was sent to location. As of today, no call has been received. Looking at Enterprise's website for both locations shows the same directions and addresses. I find this deceptive and misleading conduct upon Enterprise, thus unfairly resulting in an overcharge of $1, ******. I would appreciate aid with the return of the overcharged amount, and I thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

I was rear-ended (car spun and grazed a light pole) by *********************** who was driving a rent car from Enterprise (plate FP151569). She fled the scene in the damaged vehicle but was later found.Accident March 20, 2023. I received the police report the following day March 21, 2023. I filed the claim and was told to wait **** days, thats ridiculous, but ok. I waited 2 weeks. April 4th I called again. 1st number was *************, told to call another number ************* they told me they couldnt help me, gave me my claim number and had me call ANOTHER number RCS *************. RCS told me that I didnt have an adjuster signed to my case. Why? Its been 2 weeks and Im being given the run around for a hit and run in their vehicle. I called AGAIN April 7th, 2023 and was on the phone until the voicemail came through. It prompted me to leave a voicemail and someone would get back to me. It is now the evening of April 11, 2023 and still not a single call, email or letter written in the sky for me. My car is damaged on the passenger right and the driver left, I shouldnt have to drive around like this!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car claims that I owe the company $26.50 for a missed toll when I rented a car on February 27, 2023. They sent a notice to me via email on 3/31/23. I visited the following website to respond to inform the company that I paid for all tolls on 2/27/23, 3/2/23, 3/13/23, and 3/14/23 before returning the car to the facility on 3/25/23. The website is as follows: Pay Online @: *****************************************************. I also submitted a receipt to prove that I paid all tolls before 3/25/23. I recently contacted ************************* on 3/31/23 via email, the corporate office (******) on 4/1/23 via telephone and requested to speak to a supervisor at the corporate office (****) on 4/3/23 via telephone. I have yet to receive a response from a supervisor of the organization. A pending charge of $26.50 is currently visible on my debit card as of 4/3/23.
