I when yesterday to lincolwood Toyota dec.27 ****************************************** issue was when the sales manager give his price for the vehicles **** for the is ****** He give the price of ****** Plus accessories ***** Plus fees $600 Plus taxes **** The total of ****** Ridiculous price this not legal to do They said they sale this vehicle at this price because they dont enough inventory is not a customer problem If the dealer dont have vehicle The prices are illegal The resolution is to give me and every consumers the **** PRICE OF THE VEHICLE.Initial Complaint

Price gauging and scam are the first words that come to my head. I went to the dealer expecting to buy a car. They had the model and all the specs I wanted. Once I told them how much money I would put down the sales associate went to the manager and came back with the pricing. The dealership raised the price by 15 thousand dollars! Something that is unheard of. Price gauging cars because they are in high demand right now. I do not want this dealership to take advantage of these people that need to buy a car that is a necessity in todays world.Initial Complaint

I was in search for a new car because I was relocating from ******* to **********. I stopped in several Toyota dealers and each dealership treated me with a demeaning tone as all cars are hard to get based on various outcomes of the pandemic. Nonetheless, I stopped into Lincolnwood Toyota to get a new Highlander. The sales staff was not informed of the features in the Highlander and the sales rep even mentioned it was high first full week. Regardless, we knew Toyota makes reliable cars so we proceeded to order the car. It took over a month for the car to come in (it was all-black which would seem fairly common) and when the car came in, they raised the price $2k claiming they had multiple other offers on the car. Unable to walk away due to immediate need, I had to settle (6/15). As we were relocating to **********, we wanted the car registered there. The finance staff has been non-responsive for over 2 months and now we have an expired plate, potentially causing issues if pulled over.Initial Complaint

I have sold my car (2018 toyota highlander XLE) to carmax. I had paid in full Toyota Care Plus Coverage to AAGI (https://www.aagi.com/) - and according to aagi they have sent a refund to grossinger. I have emailed and called grossinger but they refused to answer and process my refund.
