I keep getting multiple bills, with different amounts owed, same account number, despite having made three electronic payments in the same month (January 2023). **************** told me to contact my bank to see where the payments went to and to have my bank change the address, request a refund from "them", despite the fact these were electronic payments made through their own website. The bank has no idea what *** is talking about and can't do that. I don't want to make a phone payment because I don't know where that payment will go. No one at *** can tell me where my three payments went, and they have cleared the bank. Meanwhile I am being threatened with collections. This company LTD Commodities had a *** Perks program. They shut the program down without warning. Still charged me the monthly fee and did not send what was owed to me at that point, approx 90.00.I filed a complaint with the BBB. Correspondence went back and forth an *** never gave an explanation why they did not send me my money. The talked in circles and the case has been closed. I was a customer of theirs and also belonged to their subscription program for years.Review from Lori A

Trying to check if my payment cleared. Talked to someone who said yes it has, but I told him it shows online that I missed a payment. Not making another one until I see that payment credited to my account. They also don't have ready credit no more. Used to love ordering from them.Review from Teresa M

I have been a customer of ********************** for over 30 years. Recently, I placed an order and it was extremely late in arriving. I contacted customer service to arrange a return. I was given the address and method to return the items I was told I could use my own return label or they could provide a return label at my cost. I decided to use my own return label since it was going to be less expensive than using theirs. I sent the item back at my expense. Much to my surprise within two weeks the box was returned to me unopened With the message receiver did not want a **** Commodities refused delivery. Not only did I have to pay to ship the return to them, since they refuse delivery, even after giving me the address, and the protocol for returning the items, I was charged for the return delivery, which they refused! When I called to complain, and to get recompense for the shipping cost, I was told I would be contacted by their central office and my shipping cost would be refunded. More than a month later I am still waiting for that email. Do not buy from this company! It is not the same company it used to be and Ill strongly recommend you do not do business with them. They are not legitimate and their customer service is completely and totally illegitimate.Review from Cheryl L

I tried to cancel an order, they said I couldn't because it was delayed at the warehouse. I should refuse when delivered. Terrible customer service. They read from a script. I've called around 20 times, the package is still here, as I wasn't home when delivered, and ***** left it even tho I left a sign in my yard not to leave it. Order sat in credit review status. Called *** said credit card declined and would have to reorder. Called credit card company they said not declined *** didnt collect money and its still pending pick up. *** offered a discount of 40% on items ordered and you cannot reorder with discount. I was alive long customer but this company has changed and doesnt honor discount by lying about what happened to your order to not have to fulfill the discount. As of today the money from credit card is still pending even tho *** shows they canceled the order.Review from Betty S

I placed an order on 5/25/23 and I'm still waiting on shipping information. I have ordered from LTD commodities before and never waited this long for an order to be shipped. I am now hoping that they get my order right and it doesn't look like cheap c*** All I can say is "WOW" HOW DISAPPOINTING!Review from Juanita N

I have had an order pending for a while now. However when call any 847 number it rings in *************** and NOT ********. This has turned into a really crappy company. Shame on them for not tending to business. When these people are telling me the wait is 3 minutes and 45 minutes later a gal in *************** answers to tell me there is no business in ********. WHAT. When going on my account it shows NO orders placed but they are telling me there is an order on the books.....what the heck is going on. After being a customer for almost as long as they have been uin business I am now DONE and will make sure all business associates I know who had ordered form them in the past will know what a S Show it has become.
