On February 1st, a representative came to my house. After (3) hours of listening to his lecture, I caved in to signing a contract. The very next day I signed the cancellation page. I then immediately went and mailed it back according to the instructions. Bath Planet representatives are now calling and telling me that I need to sign a cancellation. I did already and refuse to deal with them. The Terms and Conditions on the contract I signed state, "YOU MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ABOVE DATE. IF YOU CANCEL ANY PROPERTY TRADED IN, ANY PAYMENTS MADE BY YOU UNDER THE CONTRACT OR SALE, AND ANY NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT EXECUTED BY YOU WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT BY BATH PLANET OR YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE, AND SECURITIES INTEREST ARISING OUT OF THE TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CANCELED. TO CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION, DELIVER A SIGNED AND DATED COPY OF THE CANCELLATION NOTICE IR ANY OTHER WRITTEN NOTICE, OR SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER TO BATH PLANET , *******************************************************************. " I did not give them a deposit. I sent the signed cancellation contract back to them by registered mail. And they will not accept my cancellation. They are sending another representative out to talk to me even though I told them not to. Not only is Bath Planet overpriced, but they are relentless. If this is how they are going to treat their customers they will not succeed.

I love this company and their people. ***** is awesome. She is always asking if we're satisfied with the work as it is in progress and is always answering calls with questions. *****, the installer... I cannot say enough about how skilled and professional he is. Very nice young man and just did such a good job. We had questions about the plumbing on the first day and ***** sent out *** in the morning of the second day. He was great and he explained everything. My biggest fear was plumbing leaks and not because they didn't do a good job,.. just worried in general about new plumbing. No leaks so far and we are happy about that. With the work and the customer service and just the people involved were so great. Contact them if you're planning a remodel. you won't regret it. In North *****, they are stellar. Cant speak for other places but we are very happy. 2 day remodel of our bath/shower by ***** who was awesome. I don't know who you other people are getting with these bad reviews. **************** needs to be a supervisor and hold those other workers accountable.

It has been over a month since they came to install my bath but didn't complete the job still waiting for them to come out and put a seat on the shower it's not fair that my mom has to go without a seat for over a month I keep getting the run around and I am afraid that she will fall again without having the seat

Had two bathroom installs completed; one at my personal residence and one at my mothers condo. Tghe one at my mothers condo leaked and caused an issue with the tenant below. Asked Bath Planet to come out and fix the leak. Instead they knocked the tenant's ceiling down and claimed it was the toilet leaking and left the woman's shower exposed. After having two certified plumbers come out, they verified it was the shower leaking. Come to find out Bath Planet does not use certified plumbers and the "No Questions Warranty" is not real. We have documented over 27 phone calls to the company in a month span asking for help and no one will return a call with an answer. We called the owner of this particular "franchise" and she has hung up on us on multiple occassions. Seeking legal assistance at this point.

I am a "Do It Youselfer" but I felt that my bathrooms were too big to tackle. I have now had both of my bathrooms "renewed" by Bath Planet out of ****, **. Each time they did what they said they would, my house was not a big mess at any point, and it was done in the amount of time they quoted me. My bathrooms look great and I couldn't be happier. We had the same installer both times and he was very professional and very friendly. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. They earned every one of the 5 stars.

On July 17,2023 ********************* sat at our table and sold ** the walk-in showerwe thought we would get. So we thought. He told us all kinds of things we wanted to hear like my husband was concerned the walls and floor mightbe in bad shape in the **** home. Oh ************* says they will take care of all that. Once they get it out they will fix that no problem. Also we asked for our 4shelvesto match the look of the walls. As he talked and typed the order, needless to say I trusted him. Well when the installers came (they did a good job ,doing just what they were told by their company), they tore out the cast iron tub and the old liner walls, and everything. Luckily we saw the walls and floor looked better than expected. They did the install when it came to let them know about the shelveswe saw they had 2 chrome shelves NOT the 4 matching shelves. Then I looked back at the contact more and it appeared ************* was talking so much to us that he put in 2 chrome shelves not what we asked for. So ok we had them put it in The shower head according to when ********************** us would be similar to the 2 head shower with 1 with a long hose..NOPE we got a single shower head with a magnet so we can use it sitting ...Now we cantuse the shower for at least 24 hours, so the next day we go to use it. The showerbase is unlevel. We have a pool of water in the back corner. Had someone told us it would have been solved then. We could have placed wood there, because...READ THE PRINT< THEY DON'TDO ANY ADJUSTMENTS. I would think they would have at least leveled to the showerpan.$14000. And semi screwed.SO I will forever read everything that I sign for....I know don'ttrust but I did
