Please do not contact this company, they are scammers. They made an advance payment and did not fulfill their obligations. it was my most heartwarming experience!

This company is awesome! Polite, friendly and just plain remarkable.. car was picked up and delivered within 2 days from ***** to ******* on an open carrier with no issues. I had to give the driver a big hug! The other companies I was trying to deal with were rude and pushy.thanks to ****** and ********* I am extremely happy.cost was very reasonable!

Great service!We were able to arrange the original pick-up via their website and email. Later, when complications arose, we called their number and they were very courteous and able to bump our reservation back by a week. The car arrived in perfect condition.

Everything went well.Customer service ************** is very flexible, kind and help your unique situations (my car is exotic) very well. Driver was nice guy taking good care of my car. Five star Service.

My biggest complaint, which led to my cancellation of their services, is that it was impossible to contact their company, although their website says "24H ****************** I spent over 2 weeks straight attempting to get in contact with these people, and it was a total waste of my time.I was able to work out a great deal with a representative named *****, but after handing over my credit card information and signing their terms and conditions, the company became unreachable. I was given a window of 1-7 days for them to find a carrier after my car became available (a window which is not guaranteed by the company), and after still not hearing from them throughout this period, I called their main line each day for an update. Instead of talking to a representative, I was sent to voicemail each time and my emails went unread.Finally, when I emailed them saying that if I didn't hear back from them, I would be forced to terminate their services, I got a call back within 5 minutes of sending it. I was given ******* direct phone number and was told that I could use it to get in contact with him. I was reassured that a carrier would be found in the next 2-3 days, but that was not the case, and I called back again, also being sent to voicemail each time (including ******* direct line).Someone named ****** finally called me back, who then told me that my quote, of which I had signed and agreed to, was no longer valid, and that the price would increase. After disputing that, I was finally told that I could keep my original price, and that if I didn't hear from them in 2 days, to contact her again (she also gave me her direct line) so she could update me the same day. Once again, no one answered my calls -- not even the ones that went to their direct phone numbers.I sent an email to both ***** and ******, after still not receiving a response, stating that I wanted to terminate their services. I got an email back from ***** in 4 minutes. I cancelled their services.

Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!!

Process was smooth and ****** was easy to reach. No complaints about the transport that he arranged and he provided details beforehand and he checked in afterwards. 5 stars!
