Good morning- We received this letter in the mail regarding a power wheel chair. We believe this complaint is being directed to us in error as we have never sold a power wheelchair to *****************. We did try to call and speak with him to see if we could help him figure out the correct company and he said it was provided through insurance through his doctors office. We also do not work with insurance companies so he definitely did not get it from us through insurance either. We recommended to him that he call his doctor or insurance company to get this sorted out.
