      I contracted Chicago Window Guys to install windows in my house. At first they were very responsive and answered many questions including that they provided a warranty for work and product. After the windows were installed I had many concerns regarding the craftmanship and product that was installed. A few months later I have tried to call ****, the owner of the company regarding a request for new screens and replacement of a faulty part on a window. I received no response from my phone call. I contacted the company through their website and did not receive any response. I called their number on the website and again no response or return call. Their communication is terrible and now that I have a warranty issue they are not responding. I would NOT recommend this company or their product.

      I was very surprised to see a complaint from this customer as it was his second order from me. Typically a customer will not reorder if they are unhappy with my product or service.  It is also incorrect that I did not respond to his request for service. I responded directly to his email request for service, with no response by him.  When I called him the other day, he admitted that he had neglected to check his email to see my response, yet proceeded to write a negative complaint anyway. I promptly had my service team reach out to him for any issues he might need. He said he would revise his complaint, but I dont know if that has been done. I find it confusing that someone would take the time to write a negative review without checking the ways they contacted me to see that I had in fact been trying to resolve their service issues, and communicate with them. Lack of communication is a two way street. None the less, we have been in contact with this customer, and are working on resolving any service issues he might have. Absolutely honoring the warranty that we carry on all our products. He also didnt mention in his response, the incredible price he received on the product he purchased from us. No matter how thin the pancake is, there are always two sides. Please check out our hundreds of five star reviews, and happy customers. Thank you, ***************************

      Regarding my previous complaint to the BBB in regards to the company Chicago Window Guys, I would like to state that the company has rectified the issues of my complaint to a satisfactory level.  Although the communication issues may remain, given the professional nature and response from the company regarding this complaint, I must state that the company has met all expectations that have previously been communicated.  I would further state that the company offers a very reasonably priced product and because of their competitive pricing I would purchase from them again.  Despite some concerns with their communication, I would recommend this company to another customer.
