      We used United Services when we had water in our basement. The crew did a very effective job of the necessary cleaning, drying, and reconstruction to put everything back as it was. Would definitely hire them again and have referred them to others.

      We had a house fire and United Services was the worst company to hire to put our life back together. They talk professionally and confident until the contract is signed. The Project Manager made it seem like our job was in really good hands. They had a skeleton crew for the majority of the work. We were told they could do work that they did not know how to do, only to find that out at the end of the job. There are so many issues with the way this job was handled and the work performed.They had workers DRINKING on the job, in our home. When I discussed this with the Project Manager, I told him this made me uncomfortable to even have to bring something like that up. The Project Manager allowed this worker to return to my home to do more work. In my home - DRINKING!!!!The office staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, no matter how many times we raised concerns or expressed dissatisfaction with the way things were going. The Project Manager was very evasive and not forthcoming with how much things were costing until the end - this includes large invoice errors (I found an $11K error myself).Now at the end of the job, the "boss" (whose name is not available on the website), refuses to call us at all to discuss our concerns. He keeps saying he wants to meet in person. A call would be much faster, we could discuss issues/concerns and schedule a time together to meet at our home for a walk-thru. My husband has ALS and I work full-time and manage our lives. Its hard to find time to meet because of our situation. We are told this boss "will not be calling". This company does not put the customer first. After everything with **********************, we still have restoration to do! My family was traumatized by the house fire and United Services has continued this trauma.

      We do not agree with many of the points being presented here as facts. There have been hundreds of communications verbal, email, text, and in person throughout this project. Issues have been addressed in a timely manner as they arose. As stated, an in person meeting to address final payment and look at claims of workmanship issues has been offered and rejected. Now this customer has said they will not do a phone meeting or meet in person for 2 weeks.
