    *************** Music has a no refund policy for their annual "Hessfest" events. They typically require payment up front, from hundreds of dollars and even thousands, well in advance of the event, this, to ensure your spot is reserved. They stick by their policy, regardless of ANY unforseen circumstance that could affect a potential delegate's ability to attend. If you choose to register for Hessfest, think twice. Once they have your money, there is no getting it back. That is their very firm position. Consider other options in this very competitive field.

    1. ****************** falsely claims that our business has a no-refund policy. We offer all event attendees a 100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. The details are clearly stated three times on the event webpage (in normal font, not fine print). It is stated again on the order page. Our Event Ticket ****************** page states yet again that all event attendees must agree to the purchase before they can proceed. 2. ****************** understood and agreed to our refund policy. In fact, he confirmed his understanding to us in an email, writing: While I understand you have a "no refund" policy ... What he refers to with no refund is that there are no refunds for people who do not attend the event. A satisfaction guarantee refund would only apply to a person who attended our event and did not like it and then requested a refund at the end of the first day. In this case, ****************** never attended the event, so naturally, no refunds are given in that situation, which is clearly stated everywhere (and multiple times) before purchasing an event ticket from us. We incur expenses once a buyer purchases a ticket and registers for the event shortly before (which ****************** did for himself and his spouse/*********** we allowed him to bring for FREE). This is part of the reason we do not issue refunds for people who decide not to show up to the event a few days before it begins (regardless of the alleged reason) which is what happened in this case.3. And yes, ****************** is correct that we DO enforce our agreements. We honor our end of the deal and expect others we do business with to honor their end of the deal. Period. Anyone who does not wish to honor their end of the deal (and demands our business be responsible for our end of the agreement AND theirs) should NOT do business with us. 4. Leaving a 1-star review for any business simply because the buyer wants to go back on his agreement is immoral and unethical.
