      I'm sorry you feel the way you do. All appraisals are subject to a physical look and a mechanical scan with a tool provided by one of our vendors. We try to aggressively acquire every possible vehicle we can and our appraisal doesn't always agree with the seller or other offers the seller may have received. I'm sorry we couldn't agree on a figure we both agreed upon.

      Brought my car for service 3 times..Nothing was done.They lied to me about everything. The third time ,they gave me a loaner car,said my vehicle would be serviced in a few hours. Called me 6 hours later,that they were busy and it wouldn't be fixed until the next day.They treated me like c*** ,every time I went there.

      We definitely please the masses but this was an instance where confrontation set in so we decided we're better off walking away. ******** has voiced his displeasure on multiple platforms which he is certainly entitled to do but it certainly doesn't resolve his issue which we were in the process of completing. No further action will be taken by Muller Honda. We wish him well.

      Single, older female had already found the car I was interested in and had secured financing through my bank. Drove over an hour for a scheduled test drive and decided that I did want the car. Go through some paperwork -- I sign a few things and then the sales person, ***, says he needs to bring in the 'finance' guy. Thought was strange as I had already secured financing and knew what the payments were going to be. When "****" arrived, he started with an attitude. That I needed to fill out an application and when I said, No that I already had secured financing - he told me that I wasn't going to tell them how to run their business. That was it -- I was done. This clearly was a finance bait and switch. My bank told me all they needed to do was call with the authorization ID and the funds would have been transferred. This was basically a cash for product sale, but they wouldn't make any additional money that way and that obviously target women for yes, what I would definitively consider a scam.

      If the customer had already secured financing, the next step would have been to take a sales order to their bank and either have a check drafted for the purchase or have the bank wire the money to our dealership then take delivery of the car. Thinking that someone could walk into the store with a preapproval letter and drive out with a car is ridiculous. We partner with the financial institution so handling the transaction in the dealership based on the information on the preapproval letter by filling out a credit application as we suggested would have made this transaction seamless. Not willing to listen and cooperate thus led to the accusatory statements by the customer. Making the accusation that we target anyone is unfair as well. In doing our due diligence, this person is quite adept at leaving negative reviews from restaurants to pet adoption agencies, so creditability takes precedence here. This review doesn't paint a fair picture of Muller Honda.

      I had a terrible experience with muller Honda of highland park il and their car service center. I feel I was scammed ! First the customer service person ********* WHILE was unpleasant and almost rude . I used this car service center for few of my car needs before . I tried to be loyal to this location after buying a HONDA CRV 2018 .I had an issue with my AC, it was blowing cold air on passenger side but not on the driver side . My local mechanic told me its a simple Freon recharge but didnt have proper attachments so directed me back to the dealer. There I received a DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE FEE $443 which I was responsible for either I wanted to complete the repair or not. Then after car inspection I received txt msg with a new much higher quote of $777.89 then 3 min later with even higher quote for same AC issue.: $971.81 ( I have taken screen shots for all estimates for my convenience and proof).I strongly feel I was misled and taken advantage of the customer service that day. Today I happen to call other HONDA DEALER SERVICE CENTER - ******** HONDA ( in ************ **) and to my surprise they DO NOT HAVE MENDATTORY DIAGNOSTIC FEES FOR ESTIMATES.. And I was told over the phone that my AC repair with new Freon recharge will cost me $390. I will not recommend MULLER HONDA of HIGHLAND PARK ** for any car services anymore. I am sad and disappointed that service centers take advantage trying to scam customers to get more dollars into their pocket.

      Muller Honda has a diagnosis fee for all vehicles that come to our service department that are out of manufacturer's warranty starting at $155. For A/C repairs on certain vehicles, our diagnosis fee starts at $430 due to your 2018 CRV having R1234yf freon which is more expensive than our conventional R134 freon. Two quotes were provided due to an error by our service advisor not adding the dollar amount of freon on the 1st estimate ($194). On repair order ******* the customer approved the repair work of $777.89 which was not just charging the freon but also replacing part number 80315-TLA-0003 (A/C discharge hose) which was the primary failure of the system. Muller Honda replaced the hose and charged the A/C system and no further issues were found. The 1st quote was honored due to the mistake on our part. Muller Honda is competitive in all aspects of pricing for parts and labor as we survey surrounding dealers on a consistent basis. All dealers have diagnostic charges, labor charges, and parts charges that sometimes vary due to the scope of the problem. We're sorry for the mixup on our end, that is why we honored the 1st quote and you ultimately decided to repair the vehicle.
