I made arrangements to have my son buried and we didn't have the visitation for my son ***************************** at W W Holt Funeral Home December 5,2022.They were suppose to refund the 275 dollars.l called and spoke to ****** she said the lady who is in charge will call me.She will be gone for a week. It's been two months and they still haven't returned my call.They never submitted a new assignment to the insurance company to adjust the payment. They were suppose to reimburse me 275 dollars because we were no longer having the visitation there. The insurance company said they were suppose to refund the money back which *************** never did. They were suppose to give me a updated receipt showing the funeral was paid for and never did. Everytime l call ****** says the lady is not in.Initial Complaint

Our mother passed away on July 25, 2021. The funeral home that handled her body was ************* Funeral Home in ******, **. At the time of her passing we met and arranged with the funeral her services. Included was 11 paid death certificates. It is now March 3, 2022 and we are still waiting on copies of her death certificate. We've been given the run-around. Lots of back and forth phone tag with no resolution. We were even told the Doctor had not signed the death certificate (7 months later?) We just need to get the 11 copies of our Mom's death certificate so that we will have some finality to her death.
