  June 7th 2022 I ordered a mounting plate and gun sites for a friend:MK2 Co-Witness Night Sights Front and Rear TALL SKU: #MK2NS-CO $275 The package was received July 1st and was missing the sites. J Wolf at ****************************************************** claimed that the sites were likely stolen by **** and they would file a claim. On July 8th I asked what they were going to do and they replied they didn't have any sites to ship so I said we would wait. ********** said **** (co owner of Elite) was filing a claim with **** for the full amount. I checked back over the months with no sites available. October ********** said they would refund or we could keep waiting. We waited until December where they said I would receive a refund ASAP on January 2nd 2023. No refund appeared on my credit card and after emailing them 13 days ago they claimed they couldn't refund a card past 90 days and they sent me a check. I never received a check and I asked for proof. They have no ignored me for 2 weeks after I asked them if they were ripping me off. Which I believe they ripped us off from the beginning. They stole my money by getting a **** insurance claim and not refunding me they got double the money. Picture shows box when I opened it that only had the mountain plate in it..

  I ordered a new set of sights for a pistol that I plan on carrying daily to defend myself should I need to in the event of an emergency. A set of sights on any firearm consist of two pieces. The front and the rear in which the operator of the firearm lines up together to acquire the target they are aiming at. The set i ordered is a custom set from elite ammunitions that lines up to witness a holographic laser sight. I ordered my first set and attempted to install them myself but they are taller than normal sights and I damaged the front sight in the installation process. I contacted elite ammunition to see if they can sell me a new front sight alone because that is what I damaged. I didnt even attempt to install the rear sight. In a voice mail that I still have they said they dont sell front sights alone they only sell them in pairs which is typical. I was only hoping they would make an exception. I ordered an entirely new set and selected the option of having elite ammunitions install the new set for 80$. Elite ammunitions recommended that I send back the damaged set to see if they could repair what I damaged and I agreed. I waited three weeks and I finally got the slide to my pistol back with the new sights installed only to find that Elite ammunitions took my old damaged set that I sent them and slightly repaired the front site and installed my old damaged sights instead of installing the brand new set that I paid for. I paid for two sets of sights from Elite ammunition and they never made a new set for me. The installed my old set and sent it back to me. I should have two sets. The old damaged set and a brand new set on my firearm. My guess is the shoddy repair they did is what they think I paid for? How can that be when I clearly ordered a brand new set and I wasnt even contacted about the repair and installation of the old set which it was their idea that I send to them. I basically paid 300 dollars for nothing, now they wont return my emails.
