  I hired this company on 06/25/2022 to replace our concrete front stoop and stairs and the job is still not complete. This was a cash transaction, MY mistake. There is very little communication, the owner called me in the early morning stating that his crew was on their way to start breaking up the concrete. This is the first communication we had regarding when the work was going to commence. The workers did not put plywood down on the asphalt driveway to protect it from cracking when they were tossing concrete chunks into the trailer. There were some cracks in the driveway to begin with, however, now there are many more. Employees smoke on the premises, not a big deal, except when they throw the cigarette butts on the ground. They cracked a slab of the sidewalk (that originally did not need to be replaced), so they did replace the slab. Unfortunately, they did not sand down the new slab to be even with the rest to the sidewalk or driveway, so now there are trip hazards. Employees have friends stop by the work site and lay on the ground close to where the work is taking place. After the concrete was poured and dried, there was a lot of discoloration on the side. Workers came out and "fixed" the discoloration. It turned out worse than what it was originally. They came back out and "fixed it" again. The color looks better, however, they still missed many areas. I have sent many photos of what needs to be corrected, however, the owner does not seem to be interested in completing the job. I have attached a timeline breakdown of all the communications along with photos.

  I am rejecting this response because: ******* sent me a similar text back on November 19, 2022. Right now is to cold and we cant do anything but let me see if the weather gets better.   The weather has been warm enough to come out and fix the areas.  They are not re-pouring any concrete, just touching ** areas.  The weather has been fine for the work that is needed, except for a few days of rain.  We have been in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.  

  Actually, on May 2, 2023 ar 3:15pm, ******* showed up at my house unannounced.  He told me the stairs looked fine, so I walked outside and showed him the areas that needed to be fixed including epoxy missing from the railings.  He showed me an area that needs work that I didnt notice.  He stated he would fix the problems.  As of May 23, 2023 6:00pm, I have not heard back or seen him and the work has not been completed.
