Installed roof. They didn't follow existing codes for vents and that two more vents should of been installed on roof overhang by garage. So there would of been the airflow required to prevent damage to the roof. They are not honoring shingle warranty I purchased, or labor warranty. Me and my husband have contacted them and talked to them, they were suppose to come out and find a resolution, they came out and did nothing, promised to have the shingles replaced then left. Now they keep pushing us off and making more empty promises.Business response

This roof was installed in April of 2008. We provided a 10yr workmanship warranty which expired in April 2018. In conversations with the not the homeowner, but the homeowners son, he has been rude, and difficult to engage with. The shingle warranty is not through us but through the shingle manufacture themselves. We have not been under any workmanship obligation to the homeowner since 2018.
