I would not recommend Advocate Construction. I got a flier in the mail and decided to give them a call because we were in need of new siding for our home. When we met with the **** ******************** he talked about replacing the roof, which we were not intending to pursue at the time. We made it very clear that we were mainly concerned with the siding but that it was ok if the roof needed to be replaced as well. Unfortunately, his focus was on the roof which they eventually were able to get replaced. However, when it came to what we wanted, they literally dropped the ball. It took many, many calls on my part to follow up to see where things were with regard to replacing the siding. I left numerous messages for *** and spoke many times with the main office and expressed my unhappiness with the lack of communication from ***. I did occasionally receive a call from someone else but there was never any follow-up or resolution. After almost 2 years we were under threat of having our insurance cancelled which was made known to both *** and Advocate. Still no follow-up. Due to my personal efforts, the siding claim was finally approved. All information was sent to ******************* on December 23, 2023 because we needed to get the work done by February 2024 to keep our insurance. To this day, April 29, 2024, I never heard a word from ******************* or Advocate Construction. They got the job they wanted and had complete disregard for what we, as the customers, wanted. Their lack of concern, lack of communication and customer service was completely unacceptable. I would never do business with them again!
