    They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact them at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, they will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. They do not guarantee that they will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.


    Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
    Refunds
    You will be notified once items are received and inspected on your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a gift card for store credit.
