We were members of a Health Club which goes by the name of Delnor. The Health Club closed due to COVID concerns from 4/5/2020 to 12/5/2020. We were on automatic billing through our credit card, so from 4/5/2020 to 12/5/2020 we were not being charged. Unbeknownst to us, they re-opened on 1/5/2021. They resumed billing us even though we never went into the health club. We did not go back because we still did not feel safe going there. They billed us the following: 1/5/2021 $75.56; 2/5/2021 $140; 3/5/2021 $140; 4/5/2021 $140; 5/5/2021 $140. The basic facts are not in dispute. We both agree that we never returned to the Health Club after it closed. They would only agree to refund $280 (Two Months Worth). I believe my wife called them at one point and told them we were not returning but of course there is no record of that. If we had not been on automatic billing, I don't believe this would have happened. I offered a compromise that we could return without being billed initiall
