i paid nail superstore $52.93 for a few items online. They failed to send all of the items, such as a mini funnel and small scioors. The representative gave me a hard time and didnt process a refund. Also, the nail clipper they sent was *******************.i ordered from this company before and received all of my products.Business response

Customer first reported the issues with her order on Friday, July 30th.
Our customer service representative contacted her on the following Monday, August 2nd.
We asked her for order # and picture of the item that she had issue with but she refused.
Here is her message: "i don't have apicture or no reason to lie about the mess you sent.".
We cannot resolve her issue without knowing what exactly went wrong.
As a courtesy, without knowing all the facts, we went ahead to refund customer for the damaged items.

i presented all of the necessary informatio. i got an email claiming something will be sent in the mail. i don't know why you changed your mind.
i just know i didn't receive all of the items ordered. i want a refund. i think you sold me a lemon with those *****, bent acrylic nail cutters.Business response

We fulfilled and resolved customer's complaint: reshipped the missing items, replaced the defective item at no charge.Customer response
