On October 24, 2023, I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. The vehicle was a trade in that was traded in a month prior to me purchasing. While at the dealer that day, I was notified that the vehicle would need a couple repairs and the pieces had already been ordered and were in route. I was assured that the vehicle had been given an inspections and everything came back clear and the vehicle was good to be driven. I was given the option to leave the vehicle there that day or bring the vehicle back the next day when the parts got there for repair. I chose to just bring the car back the next day. The pieces didn't get there until 2 days later, which at that time I was called and told to bring the vehicle back for repairs and that the repairs would only take 3-4 hours. 3-4 hours turned into 5 days. I was given a loaner vehicle that day when they Realized that they ordered the wrong pieces. I was told the vehicle would be fixed the next day when the new pieces came and they ended up having the car for 5 days total. Then there was the problem with the paperwork. I asked for a work order showing what parts were repaired on the vehicle, just to ensure that everything they said was going to fixed was. I still haven't received 1. I was never given my truth and lending disclosure with my packet of paperwork. I asked for paperwork stating this and was told to just take **** word. *** got fired a week later.(found this out a little later) I also asked several times about receiving 2 key fobs for my vehicle due to the fact that I have 3 young children and the probability of 1 getting lost was very high. I was told they would call Jeep and look into it, but yet they still gave me paperwork saying they gave me 2 key fobs with the vehicle!! The vehicle has a lot of after market parts put on it by the previous owner. The vehicle had 26 tires with 24 rims. I found this out after getting a flat the 2nd day driving it. This place is sketchy and lies on paperwork. BE CAUTIOUS.Review from [email protected]

i brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue for a simple oil change on 6/24/2021 at Evanston Autobarn Nissan. It took over 2 hours for the oil change to finished with the service appointment. I was told they had to fixed a *** recall that is why it took more than 2 hours. I did not mind the long wait but they could have at least notify me while I was waiting. When I got the *** back, I noticed right away that my drivers front side window was cracked. I told the service rep right away. the service rep start denying it broked at their premises without even investigating the facility cameras and told me they will get back to me by phone (yes sure). the only choice i have is to report it to my insurance provider ********. i wish my insurance should fight for this even thought it is just a small amount. i found out that it will cost approximately $600 from safelite auto glass to replace. the sad part, is i bought 3 cars from this dealership since 2013. they have no clue what they just lost me and my family members as a customer just for their negligence that they can easily fix. my advice to consumers is take a short video walk around of your car before handling the keys for service. dealership services should do the same and take notes of the condition of the car before and after a service.Review from Honest A

To be clear, any person or dealership that practices and deceived customers should be held accountable and reported for predatory violations, which I have submitted already. It was my first time visiting and interacting with this dealership, and due to their handling of my visit, it was my last. I pre-arranged an online service appointment at Nissan's request to have an open and unresolved safety recall addressed with my hood latch on a 2014 Altima. Along with having their complimentary 27 point inspection offered via their website's service center.Upon arriving and speaking with someone to reiterate my visit, I verbally communicated back my request to have those two items submitted online checked out and nothing more. Two hours later, after waiting in the service lounge, I received a text from this dealership stating they needed me to review and approve/deny services to be performed. Upon opening the texted link to the service report of my vehicle, it started towards the top that I had authorized for an oil change and tire rotation in the $80+ range. I walked over to the service center desk and spoke to someone sitting there and asked them why I had been charged for a service I did not ask for and was never verbally communicated to me. This person asked me did I or did not sign the **** with my signature. I said yes, but the ****'s screen was rolled down to where I could only see the sign portion, and the service person had covered up what apparently had services selected I did not ask for. I stated that I would not pay for a service that I did not expressly ask for, nor did the vehicle need as this same service had been performed back on 4/1 by another dealership. The person at the service counter who asked me whether I signed to this service said they would need to speak with their assistant manager. Some time goes by before this person comes to meet me in the service lounge and state that he himself is going to pay for the service performed and that I would not be charged. I reiterated that while I could understand him saying this, it did not address the fact that no way approved such service to be performed; no, was I liable for whatever happened. As the person walked away, they turned around and stated, well; there was no way of knowing if that dealership used genuine Nissan parts and oils, so it was of benefit to me. As if that was some form of justification for trying to guilt a customer into paying for services they did not need or want. Some go by again, and the person who checked me in and signed me up for this service states my car is ready and hands me my key. They state that the dealership performed an oil change at no charge as a courtesy in a condescending tone as they walk away. All in all, I was there over 3.5 hours for what should have beenless than 1 hour in total based on comparable service-related times and contacting another Nissan dealership. I want to note 3 other customers there who were frustrated and verbally expressed their concern about handling their vehicles to service center employees."
